Just wondering how practices are going. Been a lot of talk about how people are gonna do during season...but not a lot of talk about 1st week of practice.

I don't bother going to practices until the pads are on. I will be attending LC-M and WO-S midnight practices Thursday night, then Silsbee Friday morning and a few more Friday evening.

 

No use in watching football practices without any hitting. Get zero feel for a team in helmets and shorts.

What about numbers? You might can have a pretty good idea how things are starting off based on how many kids you have.

Big difference between 50 and 80...or 140. I don't even know what are considered good numbers anymore.

Silsbee had 70 out (10th-12th). Not sure how many came out for 9th. Usually around 35.

aww, I would think you may have a little more respect for the players sweating and playing their guts (literally) out during 2-a-days... pitiful.
