More bad luck for the COWBOYS

This team is the opposite of the Texans, if the Cowboys are successful this season it will be on the heels of the offense.  They are going to have to score high every game.  The defense will give up a lot of points with all the missing pieces!

Offense has not been the problem. Last year we scored high against GB, San Diego, Denver, and also lost to Detroit in the closing minute. Denver played in the SB and we hung about 49 on them. Trouble is we gave up 51. Personally, I like low scoring contests where a TD or a FG really have some meaning. Main thing Dallas needs is a pass rush. I feel sorry for the DBs having to cover all day long on every pass play. Nobody can do that except Deion Sanders.

Defense gotta play better. Offense will be fine IMO. Had alot of players get injured last night to add with the injuries we currently have. I really like Dixon from Baylor, he is a starter IMO.

Dixon is gonna be a monster if he can stay healthy.We need that kind of intensity on defense.

Going into this scrimmage I was looking at 3 things:

1. The offensive line

2. Ahmad Dixon

3. Ken Bishop

 

I was very please with all 3.  Now, have to find a way to get a healthy defense on the field.

DT, Henry Melton has a strained groin and is expected to miss the remainder of preseason games. The COWBOYS are hoping to have him ready for week 1.

And Scandrick is out first 4 games with suspension for PED. Yet Rice plays week. Go figure.
