Evadale Lady Rebs Getting Serious

There's a new head coach this year and the Rebs are finally playing a full schedule. They are entered in three tournaments and have non district games on the schedule. So what you say?? Well it's been YEARS since the girls have any games scheduled other than district games and they usually place 1st or 2nd in district play, only to bow out early in the playoffs. These extra games (that you all consider a normal season) can only help develop talent and have the team playing together when the playoffs come around!!!

They made it further last year than they have in a while maybe ever there is no loyalty to the team and when I was playing ball you just didn't quit cause you got mad  you tuffed it out most the time it made you a better person,some of the better Ladys with ability only want to play the sport that the're best at and being a 1-A school its hard to go any further because you never have the same players and a coach gets tired of teaching the game only to have a lady quit when their starting to get good.  This school has the talent to go all the way if the ladys would start in 9th grade and play together all the way through school  we will see if the new coach can turn that attitude around but the last coach was a great coach you just have to have the heart for the game and not be a quitter.
