I do not think the bottom number will be above 500. That means only Buna (who was probably going down anyways) would be the only 21-3A team to stay 3A.

I have searched far and wide but I find no Yates grads as news achor, field reporter, or column writer. What does their communication program produce? TSU, PV,, or U of H dont have stellar communication programs. DV speak up money!

Very possible but do not see these schools dropping that much in enrollment. 3A (which will be reclassified as 4A next realignment) ceiling number may go up to as much as 1050 next realignment, but not much more.

Dumb comments get no response from me... ::) ::)  But since there are others who may be wondering, I will entertain you this one time! 8)....There are MANY Yates grads all over the country that have excelled in MANY different areas, including communication which would include television, radio, and journalists...Come on man, I know you could not have searched far nor wide and not known that...GET OVER IT! No trips to Austin for anyone else in SE Texas in Class 3A until Yates moves back up to 4A...Get ready for track and baseball season! This one is DONE!... 8)

Did  you use google.  Roland Martin is one. You can find him on CNN.  He also has his own show, "Washington Watch with Roland Martin" on TV1.  He has a segment also on The TJM morning show Majic 102.1.  He's also an author.

Guys on here that cry foul when Yates gets players are pretty funny, its only cheating when it goes against you right?  The funnier thing is blue dove started this segment, the guy who saw the writing on the wall(Yates being in HF region) and took his kids and ball and moved.  Then goes on rant when Central coaches do not let the kids play and grow on their own.  He and his crew of whiners talk about the good ole days when you watched "Great" coaches let the athletes develop and win state championships, while today's coaches just lack that special something.  Truth is dove, you and your friends saw kids from long ago accomplish great things because their parents were not on message boards all day.  These parents worked for a living, not sitting behind a desk all day clicking and clacking on message boards.

[/quote] DH, the thread was started because some of the 4-A school's enrollment was near the enrollment for some 3-A schools, and if there was a danger of any of the 4-A's dropping to 3-A.....Now, let me try and address your issues:

A. I ranted about Central and its coaches not letting the kids grow & play? I did? I could care less what Central does. Maybe you are confusing me with another poster.

Savant, honest question here.  Every single school is well below there zoned numbers.  Yates for example is 603 students below there zoned number.  If over 600 students are leaving Yates, how is there basketball team so good?  Maybe their communications department is really that good.
