Great win for the guys. I like Coach Roc's quote in the Enterprise..."Our Effort was Good. Our offensive execution sucked" ;D "Let's do whatever it takes to get on that bus with a win" I'm really starting to like this guy more and more. Now lets keep up the intensity this weekend and hope Matt Barrow is ok.

Ruck--Nicholls is in Thibodeaux (which has less atmoshphere than Hammond ) This game looks like a trap game. A game against a 1-6 team in your conference is one you should win no matter where it is played. If LU is going to win the conference they will take care of business tomorrow night. If they trip up it could have long lasting effects the rest of the year. Here's to Coach Roc keeping the ball rolling. Cards by 12.

At first I like BYU 91-56, but I thought that might be a bit much, so I'll take the Mormons 81-62. Either way I don't look for it to be close. :-[

I think they were 0-27 shooting during that stretch including several missed layups and a missed slam dunk.

Tech has losses @ Sam Houston and @ Centenary. That's really surprising. That could be a good thing when they come to Beaumont, too bad its not this year.

Tulsa and Rice tore the field up to the tune of 1292 total yards between the two ;D, but its field turf so I don't see what the problem would be with the field. Unless the Rice Coach had a problem with it ???, and they've made some "interesting" decisions this year. The venue change may definately keep some of us "neutral" L-Train backers away > BTW - Katy vs. Memorial 1pm Sat @ Rice.... ???

It's a shame the 'Dome can't be used, its perfect triple header weather this weekend. Then again when is it not perfect tripleheader weather. Texas Stadium would be the prime place to go if you didn't have your Saturday night commitment. Also Tulsa plays @ Rice @ 2pm if you want to catch that before PNG.

Apparently Baylor had a Top 5 recruiting class a year or to ago, and this is the seaon they are supposed to "Make Some Noise" There is talent on the team if they can pull it all together, and Coach Steve Smith can keep them away from Reckling Park @ Rice where they have lost in the last two Regionals.

Finally a pure leadoff hitter. The Astros haven't had one of those in a long time. Bourn can fly and set the table for Pence, Berkman and Lee. He is an ex-UH Cougar and he was pretty good in college ball as their everyday CF. I really like this deal and think it has lots of upside to it. I agree that the moving of Lidge was only a matter of time and this one should help the Astros line-up for the next 5 years.

The late start on the West Coast and the Rockets abysmal shooting put me to sleep early. Nice to see they got it together to come back. I guess that basket the Lakers scored for the Rockets was the difference in the game. ;D

I should say that Lamar has the most, but something tells me that during there SLC break Northeast Louisiana has the most, now commonly referred to as UL-Monroe, but they won them as Northeast.
