Oh I agree! Dont get me wrong BH is down this year it just the chest thumping that goes on around this board when a scrimmage is won is comical ;D People treat it as excusses ,but I'm telling you if you even get beat by a BH team in a scrimmage your team is Horrible! BH doesn't come to scrimmages to play ball, the coaches rotate tons of players in and out trying to figure what positions they will play. BH has hugh turnouts for football, so these are just practies. I look for next week to tell the tale about this years team, because at this point just like last year it is imposible to make a prediction. Last year at this time not only was most of this board predicting a 3 win season by the Eagles, some of the Eagle fans were to. Watching the Eagles for the past 20 years makes me the wiser as I have watched this time and time again. Time to tighten up next week is the real deal!!!

I love this board!! "BH was man handeled" to a 3-2 controlled scrimmarge ;D Just an fyi there is no way opposing fans know when BH has there first or second or third team on the field (If so please tell me how ya know). Last year BH lost the first two scrimmages of the year by even larger margins then went on to go 10-0 and take Central to the wire loosing by 3 in the payoffs. BH will not be as good as last year, but if you think that these scrimmages mean squat then keep on dreaming. Goodluck to Lumberton and WOS on their seasons and congrats on the thrashing you gave BH in a SCRIMMAGE ;D ;D ;D

And that's why yall are ranked #1 in the area! Dickinson was ranked #2 so I don't know how they would place 3rd in their district. One thing to learn last year was last year and BH just might hand you your butts this year (We Will See) But if we do I doubt you are the type of fan to get on here and offer congrats. As Hill guy said why ya hatin? Now for the teams BH has played. PNG 4A, Bridge City 3A, Batown Sterling 5A, Clear Spring ??, LCM 4A, Crosby4A, Dickinson 4A, Liberty 3A, Silsbee 3A, Nederland 4A. Most if not all were playoff teams

Congrats on your team Friendswood. No one is jumping up and down I was just making an observation that BH is 10-0 and took out the #2 team in the area by scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-17 . (Is Dickinson a weak team?) I don't know about the other teams they have played ,but a couple of wins were from 5A's BH has a good Volleyball Program (Although it is quite young) What they are doing in 4A seems pretty dang good to me. What is Friendswoods record and what Volley ball powers have they played?

NC my be in the three spot and BH stays home Ya never know what's going to happen on Friday nights. Either way i think our district will be more competitive this year! There is going to be a lot of tight games and suprises! ;D

I say the top three will be in the following order. Crosby Galena Park Barbers Hill Gringo, to try and answer your question after the first scrimmage this is what I think about BH. Strengths - Offense - QB is smart and has a good arm, 2 running backs to mix it up some, Offensive Line looks good. Deffense - JOE SEXTON, Defensive Line looks good. Weakness- Offense - Experiance, Backfield Speed, Recieving Defense - Secondary, Stopping a fast back around the corner. Now this is only my opinion! I think that everything will be alot better come district time and some of these weaknesses will disapear! BH Although playing 3A's in the preseason (Wharton, Jasper & Bellville) will be playing quality teams. Keep your eye on "The Hill" they are not going away just yet!
