Green gets start at quarterback for Nebraska 1 hour, 28 minutes ago         Buzz up! PrintWACO, Texas (AP)—Nebraska is turning to a new quarterback in hopes of breaking out of its offensive doldrums. Freshman Cody Green replaced incumbent Zac Lee and made his first career start at quarterback for the Cornhuskers against Baylor on Saturday. Coach Bo Pelini promised changes on offense after the Huskers scored a combined 17 points in consecutive home losses to Texas Tech and Iowa State. Lee, a junior, started the first seven games, throwing for 1,466 yards and 10 touchdowns. Green had thrown for two touchdowns and ran for two other scores in four games off the bench. The freshman is from Dayton TX.

Brown also capped LBJ's second drive, which spanned 99 yards, with a 9-yard run. As they have the past couple games, quarterbacks John Kavanaugh and Daryl Roberts shared snaps. I don't think anybody is disrespecting PNG or Central let alone Angleton. A good healthy dose of opposing views makes for good conversation don't be so sensitive just because other people are as proud of their team as you are. Roll with the punches and you might have fun !
