I know Nederland doesn't do spring with pads but they always have a spring game. Haven't heard any news of it this year? Anyone know anything? Starters? Standouts?
-
Any of the young guys from jv or freshman teams plugged in as starters?
-
Can't wait... Where and when?

12 Athletic and 1 Academic from PAM. Everybody knows Nuemann worries about winning games. Could care less about helping kids get looks for college....

Correction.. Neumann cares about trying to turn young men into quality educated members of society... Something lots of people don't worry about anymore... The proof is in the pudding -
Sounds promising for Nederland

Good info, didn't we play 2 scrimmages?
-
Any stats or info from people who have been watching?
-
O well still a lot of talent available

I can sign on with my iPad but when I try to get on the setxsports forums on my phone or any other device it says "sorry guest, you are banned from using this forum! This ban is not set to expire." I have done nothing to be banned and feel its an error but can't do anything to change it. It's been like this a week or two now. Thanks for any help.

You had a great season and great career. Nice highlights. I'll be interested in watching you at the next level. Keep us posted.

Awesome highlights! Always noticed his good play during the games, but put together in a clip like that magnifies how good he is.

Great games dogs! Keep it up!

Hope the dogs can pull it out

Like seeing the Ned guys get some recognition

No need to pinpoint vidor, everyone in district will have a tough time with Nederland again. That running game with everyone returning from nearly a 2000 yard campaign will give a new QB time to learn and mature without very much pressure. That very same good running game will also be very helpful to the defense, which may or may not need any time before they dominate.

It was a Great year for Carson! He impressed me with lots of improvement each year.
-
This will be a very hard class for them to comprehend.

#60 Johnson earns a starting position at DE or LB and becomes a full time beast. Freshman Krautz could end up starting at cornerback. Mayfield should start somewhere probably linebacker. Barton could find a starting cornerback spot. All could be very dominant.

Yes there were lots of games where Nederland didn't have a fullback or tightend on the field. Several other times we would have one or the other but still 3 wide.

P White takes the reigns. Seay will likely go both ways as Kimler did this year. Can you imagine trying to cover Kimler and Seay running routes. White has a good arm and will prove to be effective enough behind that line and running play action off those fakes to Hopkins. That's a recipe for success.

I'd say let Neumann make that call, but that's just me. -

Nederland could have another undefeated district season. It's getting contagious and expected in Nederland... plus this group has some seriously talented kids coming back even though they lost a lot. When you return 4 starting o-lineman, your starting fullback and a 1500 yard tailback, the best two defensive lineman in the district next year, two of the best safeties in Kimler and Seay, the areas best kicker, and a kid I predict to be a huge game changer in J. Johnson... please argue with me. That's not even mentioning Barton and Mayfield who will be significant performers and Krautz, Butler, Bordelon.... won't be a wasted ticket in Nederland.

Tinsley, Broussard, Stewart, Contreras. The list can go on and on, we are going to just fine next year.

Well put... But, what about the quarterback position?

Only time will tell... Plenty of options
Nederland spring game
