Central can't handle a passing game as strong as this one. Thats all I have to say. This topic should be locked after I put this because that's what's going to happen.
Hey i hope yall pass the ball as much as you guys say..I think our Secondary will take this invitation very willing..
Oh i bet they will. The indians will throw it over, under, and around your secondary. Your secondary will look like an epileptic at a strobe-light festival during this game because the Indians passing game is that good. Then, just when you think you've bottled up the passing game, Harmon will romp-n-stomp, shake-n-bake, and duck-n-dodge all over your grill. Watch out!!
LMAO!!
2. It's hard not to respect Angeton and the weapons they have on offense this year.  i don't think anyone is scared to play them, but whoever steps on the field with them will need to bring their A-game.
3. They ran up against a much improved Pasadena Memorial team who beat Pearland last week.
4. Fantastic job Coogs!  Buna has really turned their season around over the past few weeks.
5. Great job NDN's!  Keep making believers out of all the naysayers.
6. The Hawks keep improving each week, so I see them soaring high in this game.
7. I agree with all of these predictions.  I am also going to keep an eye on the Central/Ozen game as this will be a must win for the Panthers not to mention some bragging rights.
8.

any predictions on the bottom # of 4A?  1033 students would seem pretty safe to me unless they have a big drop off this year.  I beleive this last re-alignment bottom # was around 865 for 4A
The bottom number for 4A in last realignment was 980, not 865.
AWA - what was the bottom # for 5A during the last realignment?
9.
Thinks for posting.......A few problems I see with that. 19-4A BH has already beat King. They are 3-2 with one tough game left. They should finish 4-3 in district. King lost to BH. They are 3-2 also with Dayton and GC Mem. left. They would likely have to beat both to get in. So, Crosby will more than likely be going big school and BH small school facing PN-G in first round. I agree akifan.  I see King losing to both Goose Creek and Dayton, while BH should easily handle North Forest.  BH will get the final spot in 19-4A, which will set up a rematch with PN-G for Bi-District.
10. PA Memorial @ West Brook Carthage @ Jasper GP North Shore @ Baytown Sterling Crosby @ Barbers Hill Dayton @ Galena Park YJ Ozen @ Central LCM @ Vidor Nederland @ Livingston PNG @ Lumberton Huntington @ Diboll Hardin Jefferson @ Hamshire Fannett Silsbee @ Orangefield WOS @ Bridge City Hemphill @ Newton Woodville @ Kirbyville Buna @ Deweyville Kountze @ Anahuac Warren @ Hardin Chester @ High Island Evadale @ West Hardin
11. The Coogs keep getting better each week. Either Deweyville steps up to stop the running game or this one will get ugly fast.
12. LR, I totally agree with your "college atmosphere" statement, as I was thinking the exact same thing while I was there. This was my first time to see a PN-G game in their new stadium and the place was rockin'! This assessment includes both sides of the field as these two teams have great (and loud) fans that support them. Both of the bands were playing their hearts out last night as well. Good job to all!
13. I haven't seen either Ozen or Livingston play yet, but based on what I have seen from the others, I agree with your assessment.
14. LOL! Soulja, this closely resembles your prediction for the PN-G/Vidor game
15. This so called overated team won 15 - 0 last night to move to 7 - 0 for the season. Over half of their wins have been shut outs. "Overated"? I think this thread is overated.
16. Pasadena Memorial 28, Pearland 13 Big upset in 22-5A!
17. I would say that their chances of making the playoffs this year really went south tonight.
18. I agree Coop. I watched the Pirates beat Lumberton a couple of weeks ago and I finally had an opportunity to watch PN-G tonight. Wow! I was totally impressed with how disciplined this team is and how quickly they can take over a game and dominate. Anyone who said that PN-G runs a "one dimensional" offense obviously has not seen this team play. I have now seen the top 4 teams in 20-4A as I was at the WB-Central game a few weeks ago. PN-G definitely looks like they have the goods this year and are the top seed in this district.
19. Looks great!!! Clear and in the 60's. Excellent!! Fantastic football weather!
20. ;D Just like others have stated previously, I think Super is complaining about the size of the stadium. Umm... right Super?
21. How is the weather looking for this Friday night Coop?
22. That is a good question and I wonder what the ruling is for a holder? During a kick attempt, he is the only player on the field whose knee is already down in order to get the snap and place the ball. Maybe there is a different rule for holders? By the way, I also agree with the statement that he did not have 'great awareness' as he was holding the ball and walking around with his team mates until one of them heard the coach and they started telling him to run.
23. There are 27 so far on the Silsbee/WOS thread. This one has potential.
