  1. By looking at the area scores, every 20-4A game was hard fought tonight, which continues to show why this district is one of the toughest in the state. Vidor may have lost this game, but they have won one heck of a lot of respect.
  2. Holy crap!! I don't think anyone expected a 100+ point game. I wonder how many yards for both teams?
  3. Wow! I can see Angleton's stock rising in the polls this week.
  4. I would like to double down on these: West Brook at Katy -14 The Woodlands -6.5 at PAM Goose Creek at Dayton -7
  5. been working some crazy hours! so what is the dealeo with livingstons stadium? I am getting the impression that it's not up to par ??? Wolfgang, They are only allowing 1500 for the vistors side because of fire code. Oh, and don't expect standing room only. If you don't have a ticket right now, you aren't getting in to watch the game. And don't forget that probably 1/3 of the visitors side will be taken by band and drill team, so that leaves 1000 for the fans. Sounds pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Are the stands made out of wood? Geez... how old is this stadium?
  6. Although not a lot of people will be able to actually watch this game due to the Pop Warner stadium it is being played in, I say ROLL L-Train ROLL!!!
  7. Pathetic! Build a new stadium or plan on playing all of your district games on the road is what I say! Hopefully redistricting will straighten this problem out.

  9. Try six time state champs, two in a row, but six total. Katy is going to steam roll WB. I hate to say that and I hope WB pulls off the upset, but I don't see this one being close although Katy got beat by The Woodlands this year. Scalp'em, The Woodlands are actually looking pretty good this year and have a very good RB (Lasco). Katy only lost by 4 this year as compared to The Woodlands blowing them out to a tune of 47 - 0 last year. I can see them making some noise in the playoffs.
  10. Probably accurate :'( This is my prediction as well. Unless Katy gets caught looking past WB, look for the Tigers to put on a clinic at home.
  11. Who has livingston played? What is their record? They opened the season losing to Bellville 28 - 13 and then they beat Conroe Caney Creek 63 - 20 and they are playing Houston Washington today.
  12. I will wait until these teams play their first district game before I post some preliminary predictions. The easy ones are over boys!
  13. It looks like the Tigers are back!! Good job Sealy! I used to love watching this team in the 3-A State Championship games of the 90's. T.J. Mills always had those guys ready to play and it appears their new coach is the same calliber.
  14. Just like when Central plays PNG later this season: "It would not be an upset if PNG pulls that win out..." Why not? PN-G missed the playoffs last year and an embarrasing loss at the Reservation by these Jaguars... I only remember hearing about an embarrasing halftime performance. LOL!! He gotcha on that one Soulja!

  16. If Mitch's ankle is ready to go by Friday, I see the Hornets bouncing back strong against Trinity.
  17. Me too because I know I did better this week than last.
  18. Does anyone doubt the Rebs in this one? Not I! The ending of this game is going to closely resemble the ending of the movie "JAWS".
  19. I think by our team playing athletic teams in Memorial, West Brook, and Galveston Ball, we should be prepared to expect anything that the Pirates can throw at us. (unless they pull out the 'swinging gate'... ) LMAO! I still see teams occasionally trying that crazy play, but I haven't seen anyone successful in catching the defense off guard in years.
