Can yall take him back please?
I might be in the minority on this but speaking FACTS NOT LIKES. Fact is M.G. took a dysfuntional BU football situation to the playoffs 2 times in a row under COVID. Fact is PA ain't got past the first round in recent years, they made it to the 3rd Round, so he hadn't nothing to do with that??? But BACK TO THE BMT ISD DYSFUNTION SMH.

Hats off to the Wisdom Staff for a tremendous turn around. But they play teams that mirror them numbers, coaches, kids and facilities.

It sounds like PAM can play ball with just about anyone. Play calling seems to be a concern at times and the run defense doesn’t always show up. They have the personnel on offense to put up points…but giving up 35 points won’t get it.
Decisions can cost PAM in the long run. The offense is limited sometimes, Qb ain't a runner. Defense has to play the run better to go far in the playoffs. Its a still young team.

Nice Article, but Faye was being extremely nice about the situation.

Goose Creek looked horrible again, Carter had them competitive and playing hard.

IZZY is right and its not about coaching or athletes at this point in BISD. Both schools have more than enough athletes to at least compete, and when I say compete I saying w/ 5A programs SMDH... The infrastructure for FOOTBALL is HORRIBLE. You can't compete at the 6A level when you don't have all of your COACHES/ATHLETES in the athletic period. Your athletes are put into BEHIND the 8ball when the playing field is not level. 6A OC/DC coordinators should not teach full loads of classes and only coach after school. Athletes cannot compete when the only time they are coached is after school. UIL and the state of TEXAS has allowed sport specific athletic classes (PE/ Athletic Periods) and when some schools take advantage and others don't it shows on the field. Also financially (the stipends in BISD) are not comparable to any of other 6A programs in the state so bringing in quality coaches/ or keeping coaches in a small town compared to LARGER DISTRICTS is hurting no only FB but all sports.. Im sorry but Basketball has a total of less than 50 players in a program. A quality FB program will have 100-120 so make it make since where BISD is putting their attention when it comes Athletics....
Facts, Facts, Facts... funny how BISD fans blame the kids and the coaches. When if they really understood BISD is soooo far behind in all those categories mentioned, its ridiculous. Why don't coahces from winning local schools in the area apply for BISD jobs, especially United/Ozen etc? Because they know how bad it is inside.

Beaumont and PAISD are the two highest paid districts in the area…. More pay isn’t the answer. I mean, it would be nice if you were a teacher, but it’s just throwing good money after bad.
Yes they are the highest paid. Better pay will help get more teachers, administrators and coaches to possibly move to the area. BISD has already has charter schools taking over,

How about this novel idea: Combine both Beaumont schools and then that will pretty much equal the enrollment of NS. Then they would be one of the big dogs in the District. But, again, this comes with a caveat: They must not allow who has been selecting the coaches to continue. Although Beaumont will always have the athletes, this, along with a large enrollment, won't matter if bad coaches are in charge.
Combining schools isn't necessarily the answer, until you hold the administration accountable and improve the pay for teachers and coaches. BISD will always be behind, the rest of the state, trying to catch up.

Both schools have track facilities on their campuses.
There are many high school football stadiums across the state that do not have tracks.
Yes, they do have tracks at both campuses, just saying you can host larger meets with a track. I love selling the name licensing to the stadium. Agreed as long as the money is used properly.

Track at that place would have been huge… district meets and area meets would have been hosted there
Yep, $$$ rolling in, all sense isn't common. If you build a stadium without a track, then you must invest in your football programs just my opinion. To show how important Bmt Football is, there are no threads about WB or United. Sad.......
-
My point exactly, football in BISD isn't important anymore. The only schools in Bmt are going to get stomped again in Football. What else goes on Football including playoff games, Soccer..... Camps, what else? should have put a track around it.

GCM will be probably be and Lee could possibly go down to 5a d2. Which could pull Galveston or Friendswood back.
