But Houston is getting closer and closer. They finished 99. Barbers Hill. Dayton is full. Liberty and Hardin is next. I bet Devers ends up with a high school and then it be HD time to grow. If they build a 1 campus school closer to Hwy 90 the numbers would grow for sure. But doubt that ever happens. But I do hope it gets better. Lol. and I agree about the horsemen thing. Unfortunately that’s stuck with HD. And who knows one day they might get it back. Since it’s pushing 100 years since the last ones, maybe we due.

All this is true They tried the 6A life. Didn’t like it. And 2Wedge was right on.

This is all true. And they were champs in jr high. But from what I know, being AD was not an issue. It actually was a plus. He had coaches he wanted hired and they didn’t. And it wasn’t the AD. Super and the school board didn’t make it happen. So he left. It’s that simple.

All of that is true. But it wasn’t the impossibility of hiring coaches. They could of, and decided not to. And so he left. Like I said before they didn’t try keep him in my opinion

Serious question. In 5th or 6th week of 2022 football season. These kids are freshman. Who ranks them and how Accurate is that? Who says they are top 10 QB in the state for class of 2026? Do they start watching them in 7th and 8th grade and rank them? Or based on first 5 games of their freshmen year?

100% agree with this. All very talented. Not around this life all the time, but there are freshman our there spinning the ball like that? Don’t see a reason why he can’t be top in nation and not just Texas. I mean you tops in Texas. Pretty much top in nation??
