The Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405 / Pub. L. 119-38) is a federal law signed into law by President Donald Trump on November 19, 2025. It mandates that the Department of Justice (DOJ) publish all unclassified records, investigative materials, flight logs, and travel records related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in a searchable format.
