I find it funny how just because Yall beat Dayton one time and on top.of that Dayton is having a bad year, you say "dayton who".
You remind me of an aggie fan, they beat Texas and Texas has a bad year all you hear is how sorry the longhorns are. Don't forget the recent history of the program, they'll be back on top of the district before long -

I don't see HD beating WH this year, just hope we can keep it close. This is WH's year. But with that being said, my senior year (the '03 season) WH came in undefeated killing everyone they played and we had lost 2 close games on the year, WH came in the favorite but left "The Swamp" with a butt whippin

HD only has a varsity though, so the players on the sideline are the rest of the program. Numbers don't mean much though, cuz both teams started their best 11 deweyville's was Just better.
On another note, can someone tell me why HD didn't practice today after getting their butts whipped? they may have an open week, but they have PLENTY they could be working on! -
Daisetta's defense is HORRIBLE. All 11 players are no more than 3 yards off the ball, all the offense has to do is get a hand on them and It's TD! IF they stop the run just throw it over the middle, the LB's are shooting the gaps without reading the play and there is no safety! Run a straight dive pass and the TE is wide open.
But as for all this crap talking about the "historic" bobcats, win some games or a district title and make the playoffs...then you can talk. Yall better just stick to baseball -

Has deweyville ever beat us? Not saying they won't this year, but the only close game we had with deweyville was my senior year.. Zane was also a senior, we beat them 12-6 on their homecoming. Every other year it was blowouts

It was a good scrimmage, but if they're running 4 wide and only running the ball 5% of the game then adjust! Don't have you LB's 2 yards off the ball. But on the fumble at the goalline....the runner was not down and ball was clearly stripped, we watched it straight on from the side

I didn't see "blown coverages", I seen a stupid defensive package against a throwing team! Manned up on the outside with no safety, which is easy to go down field on and across the middle. Hardin's coaches just took what they were given

Yep, I played football and baseball with him. He actually made the San Jac baseball team but broke his hand

Dusty Evans was one helluva QB...had a great arm and very accurate, but he'd also run you over! And yes my sophomore year we beat them in 7 on 7

Yes, they have one star pitcher and a few decent pitchers. But most pitchers in the district are a level below him. As far as foul mouth, they are high school kids...you think your players and every other player in the district are angels?

24-2A was a tough, very competitive district which should have prepared all three teams for the playoffs. Hardin has a tough matchup the first round, but they have a solid team. All 5 of hardin's district losses were in extra innings I do believe.

The Schedule link at the top. It shows kountzr beat buna once, Hardin once, and EC twice.

If you actually look at the schedules and count the district wins and losses they are actually this: Anahuac (5-6), Hardin (6-5), Kountze (4-7).
So even if Anahuac and Kountze both win and Hardin loses, Hardin should still be locked in at 3rd. If Warren loses and Hardin wins then Hardin and Warren will be tied for 2nd, then I guess a one game playoff will be needed since they split the series. Y'all tell me if y'all see the same thing
