    WO-S JUNIOR WHITE will beat WOS blue in the super bowl. Its gonna get ugly this year. I have a question......would newindian talk this much if he was on png purple?

    I would say something but i wont.. i'll leave it to surprise..hopefully all the teams will have a good year...anyone heard anything on the Beaumont teams??

    You know....sure Mb had pressure put on him...however he himself has stated for the last couple of years he may make it his last and seek out an admin job. he was given a position that was not only created for him...but needed and will enjoy the rest of his career untill retirment. In no way was he treated unfairly and from what I hear he is already past it and looking forward to the future. things like this come with coaching....it's all in the line of work. Everyone loves MB and he will be a staple in PNG football for years to come.

    Let it go. 

    Disagree....sometimes as responsible adults we have to pay for our actions. This in my book falls under one of those things. When your dealing with peoples kids..you better be prepared to face the music for your actions. Im sure it's different if you know the parties involved...but lets be honest...If you saw this on youtube from some league in someplace else...you'd be saying to yourself...that guy is a total jerk and should be dealt with accordingly.

    I dont know what happened....dont care what happened but if ya fist fight at a pee-wee league game no matter what the sport....or at a elementary school play etc...you should face the consequences of your actions.

    This is a bad thing for stjfl and hopefully people can realize this was the action of some hotheaded jerk living his life through his sons pee-wee football play and will not reflect on the positive things this league has going.

    THEY PLAYED KIDS THAT NEVER PLAYED RUNNING BACK AND QB. HOW IMPRESSIVE IS THIS? THESE KIDS WERE VERY IMPRESSIVE TODAY I WOULDN'T WANNA PLAY THESE KIDS IN THE PLAYOFF. IT LOOK'S LIKE THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO PROVE AND THEY'RE ON A MISSION :-X :-X :-X :-X :'( :'( :'( :-*

    I wouldnt get too excited...png purple has only scored three td's all year. very young team.... out of 17 kids on the team 15 are returners to this team next year...all but 3 has never played tackle football before...so 54-0 on this team learning is not a real big deal. Do it next year with this lil team returning 15 kids...then get excited.

    Don't be mad with WOS people, you should be upset with your own league officials.  You see that is simply the result of stacking one team.  Let's see, one team is undefeated and loaded with experience, while the other has not won, and has only scored three touchdowns the entire year.  Not to mention only three players with experience.  I have a question, "How do you get a coach to buy in own this"?  Your quote really said a lot.  Thanks Cherokee!!!!

    Teams were not stacked..I drafted the little team myself...draft was fair and square. Figured it would be good to have a team of kids who could learn together and play together for more than one year. Draft was 100% legit and legal without a question. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out why  PNG white is really good and Png Purple is poor. Like I said... purple team is young and learning. Not to mention Im not the greatest coach in the world, but hey... the league had a need for coaches and it was either I coach or alot of kids didnt get to play...so we did our best and had fun and learned alot of things. On the other hand...you have a team with David Lejuene coaching and he really knows what he is doing and could take most any team and make them compete. So to reply to both statements....Im not mad at anything or anybody...dont know where that came from. I was just saying i wouldnt be gauging wo-whites performance beating purple 54-0...not a huge task there...just being honest. And to answer the question how a coach buys into this.... it's all about the kiddos...i'd take 100 seasons like this as long as the kids got to play. good luck in the playoffs...should be exciting with all the good teams left this year.

    PNG Purple junior lost to nederland Black 33-7. PNG Purple is still a couple weeks out from being game ready...these storms and a change of offense two weeks into season hurt. They had only had 5 practices on their new offensive plays so to say the least they were very hit or miss. PNG Purple had 3 fumbles on kickoff returns and alot of problems holding on to the ball and little execution things. They have 3 really good backs and a qb that can run on ya all day or sling it...2 more weeks they'll be tough.The have a couple kids on defense that will take your head off surrounded by some young first year players. They scrimidged PNG white last week and pealed of 3 or 4 td's in 20 plays and then went back yesterday and didnt score at all.....PNG white is nearly unbeatable...wouldnt suprise me if the PNg white team goes undeafeted. So when the purple team puts it together they can be really tough....young team this year so they are defenetly hit or miss and gonna all depend which team shows up. When they put it together they'll be able to mix it up with any of them, The nederland black runs a power T wedge...also nearly unstoppable at this age group....you dont know who has the ball untill their 10 yards behind the defense from my angle in the crowd...much less a 9 yo on the field....they will be really tough also due to the type of offense they run...VERY decieving. They hide the running backs about 2 yards behind the linemen squating with their tails almost touching the ground and then all run into one big pile and start walking up field together...you cant tell what is what untill they break into daylight....really strange but VERY effective at this age...gonna be really tough to stop.One thing I can say is..this league has really come a long way....SUPER for all of these kids involved win or lose. I also got to see the PNG Senior guys play Nederland...nederland won 33-0. PNg boys only have about 15 players im guessing...they have lost a couple key players for the season...gonna be a long tough season for them....Cade Scroggs is probably one of the best running backs ive EVER seen at this age...just one of those kinds who naturally get it...nederland also had a kid...#25..not sure of his name but he is also another kid that we will see some super things from on friday nights here in a few years.

    anyhow just my two cents from the games i got to watch. hope it was some good info for anybody who is interested.
