I just don't get playing in Woodville. I know its a bi district game but still you would think they would play somewhere else. Is this a set in stone date and location?

Newton should win this game. K Ville kinda reminds me of the Obama media polls. It has Obama up by 10 % in some polls. If it was up to them he would be president already. They talk about it everyday of how Obama is going to beat Mccain in a landslide. Yet they know that they can talk all the talk that they want to leading up to election day . But on election day all that talk will mean nothing. Some K Ville fans have talked and talked about how this and that is going to happen. They have already crowned k Ville district champs in their bedroom at home. They have made a fake trophy and put it on their dresser. They have ran around outside and jumped up an down trying to see how it would feel to beat Newton. Yet all this talk will mean nothing on Friday night when Newton rises to the occasion and beats the wildcats yet again. Enjoy being #1 for this week. I know this was a weird analogy but I liked it. I hope your right scooter on this one. For the first time ever I am a bit nervous about playin K Ville . I'm by no means putting my boys down. I'm a newton fan all the way but I watched the K Ville highlights last night and their really fast. Our boys have got to play smart and very physical. They have to punch the wilcats in the mouth from the 1st play of the game. They cannot give the wildcats any room at all to breathe. This is not the same K Ville team in recent yrs. Coach Alverez has done a great job with the K Ville program. I agree with you though Newton wins 41-32. The team that does not turn the ball over will win. Go Eagles

K Ville better not score 56 pts on us. Like I said in previous posts if Newton can play all 4 Quaters, they should win. I will say that I can see a high scoring game but no where near 56 pts by either team. Newton wins this one 41-32

I went and checked SLOYDJT on when HF last made the playoffs because i'm a crazy stat person. They last went in 03 and were beat by Barbers Hill 13-10. They went in 01 and Newton beat them 45-0. I have no idea why i just posted all this but there u go. lol

This game will be a playoff like feel for both squads. Since Newton will be going in the playoffs as a small school, this will be a great challenge for them playing the #1 team in the state.
