ME personally...and also speaking for my kids...would love to see the season played out to be fair to everyone...Hunting is an individual choice..I would think one could wait a couple of weeks to do so but I don't hunt so I wouldn't have a clue. I know my kids would feel a since of obligation to their teammates to be there if possible, but if a kid wants to hunt over football then so be it. No parent, kid, or coach should have a problem with it.

The twins will see you tomorrow Junior Blue will have a game on Sunday in Vidor at 4pm and practice Thursday. Don't know but I Hope every Mustang, Indian, Bulldog, Bear, Pirate, Bobcat, Lion, Cardinal, Eagle, and Raider player, family, coaches, and fans are safe and may God bless you all. Kinda hard hit in Orange, who knows if we even have enough players even back in town to play. I know West Orange and Bridge CIty both are very hard hit. Hope to see ya'll on the field soon, though. P.S.-I hope I didn't miss anyone, lol.

We thought the blue team was the best one! lol... :) :) :). At any rate our offense will execute better and better. We WANT you to prepare for ONE kid, then the rest will show you what we got.

Not sure about the school sizes, and I DO believe that sometimes the best team doesn't always win. Your right in your assessment of the trash talk. Personally, I have always believed trash talk is a waste of time. Each team SHOULD believe that they can beat the other but talking about it is just a waste of time. As far as rivals, sorry Wildcat fans Mustang fans just don't see you as that. We do see LC-M, BC, Orangefield, Jasper, and perhaps Silsbee as what I would call rivalry games. We have longer tradition playing those school. Perhaps, in time we will, but honestly we don't right now. I have seen WO-S on tape against Nederland and in person against LC-M. Believe me, we possibilities to get much better than what we have played so far. Have not seen Kirbyville so I can't judge them. I did have a coach of an opposing team tell me that the Stangs have more team speed than any team he can remember. Hopefully the game gets played, noone gets hurt, and the best team (whomever it is) wins.

Muddy conditions always negates speed. It will be great game either way. As far me, GO MUSTANGS!

I assure you he is not the only weapon you have to prepare for. Our offense was a little ragged in the opener. Good luck to your team, we sure will be looking forward to playing you in the playoffs should we both make it. Just curious, do you work for local emergency management?

My hats off to K'Ville as they DO have an outstanding team. Who's better than who will be decided on the field. I have my opinions on who beats who but come game time so many factors can swing a game. You know sometimes the better team does NOT always win. I know one thing for sure: West Orange-Stark, Newton, and Kirbyville ALL have great teams.

With all due respect, I don't think that Kirbyville would beat Nederland. I would say that Kirbyville in my opinion is a great team though and will have a great season. The Mustangs IF they keep everyone healthy will be HARD to beat this year. Unbelievable team speed. GO STANGS!

Yes the kid really is as I have helped coached him in baseball. His father just retired from the NFL. Really good kid and talented, also.

West Orange-Stark Junior Blue-40 Nederland Junior Gold-18...this was a really good game and very tight at the half with the Stangs leading 18-12. Very HARD played and physical football game.

This shows once again how the American system is the best in the world. People power is the one thing a dictator cannot control nor any army no matter how strong can subdue. The voice of the people can change any and everything. Sadly, the hard part of the equation is getting the people informed and inspired to take action that can change the world. The right to vote is a right that should not be neglected as many American lives have been lost fighting for this right. We honor all these brave souls, our ancestors, and set an example for the rest of the world any time we vote. Voting is our honor, our right, and our responsibility.
