Hull Daisetta beat Deweyville 2-1 in the controlled scrimmage and the 2-live quarters of play ended 0 - 0. However, HD dominated the scrimmage on both sides of the ball, if not for 2-turnovers deep in Deweyville territority HD would have scored more points. Deweyville's offensive total for the WHOLE scrimmage was close to negative total yards. HD is a very good, well Coached team that will do very well this year, on the other hand, Deweyville is in trouble. Unless changes are made, Deweyville will be lucky to win 1-game this year. Again, congrats to HD, they looked very fast, and well Coached.
Was Deweyville beating themselves are could they just not do anything?

Doesn't look like there is any relation between all of them though. ;D

I had heard about that play from a friend but didnt know if it was true.
-
I remember watching a game like that except the ref didnt get the flag back because he didnt see who grabbed it. I wished i could remember who it was.

I have seen this boy ride and is amazing. Especially how he learned to change riding hands. Goodluck!!!

I dont believe it will be a big suprise because people think their going to be pretty good already.
-
Haha, I'm pretty sure they can't.
-
Oh, I'm suprised they dont have a scrimmage.
-
I'm taking WOS by 10. I think they'll get something near the end of the game to make seem not too close.

Who is Buna's next scrimmage against?
-
They'll definately be better than last year. Just probably wont make playoffs.
-
Who is the QB for Hardin this year? I heard a name but i think it was a joke.
-
I am goin with Spurger on top and HD behind them with a few teams pretty close behind.

Allow your personnel and their athletic prowess determine what you run. If you run zone exclusively, consider the Syracuse 2-3 because it will help cover up the three point shot, guard penetration and you can take away a good post. By focusing on one thing and maybe doing different things out of it, this will allow your players to perfect in practice rather than running 4 or 5 defenses you don't have time to practice. A man defense is great but limit what you ask the players to do by coming up with a few solid principles. Good luck, but don't over coach (that's something that most coaches do) by falling into the notorious X & O trap.
I agree. Many coaches try to throw in to many plays and defenses. If you stick with one solid defense and change things little by little it will give your players a better chance of perfecting it.

Me too. I'm pretty sure there will be even more going to play in college in the near future.

1. Cleveland - Coldspring
3. Huffman - Splendora
I couldn't fully go with one team so thats what i think.

I dont think Buna will be at the top this year. I figure that EC and Kountze will be the top two. There is no telling who will follow them. It will depend on injuries i believe.
-
If you are then i think the player you said earlier (Lairsey?) is the QB, as far as i know. The backs are Addison and Kachtic i believe.

Its just amazing how he won every way possible, by a mile, and by a 100th of a second! Great athelete. He wants to golf now.
-
Haha. That would have been a close game!
-
Are you talking about Deweyville?
-
Thanks for the answer Coop.
-
Thats the way i thought it would be too!
-
Was he on varsity last year?
