Good effort out of both teams. I’m sure there will be improvement as the season progresses for each squad. #4 for Many, Tackett Curtis, is the real deal.

You’re always going to have those whining, crying, and pitching a fit calling for a coaches job. They’re waiting in the wings to pound their chest when their team falters and can’t wait to throw it out there, “I told you so.” That’s never going to end when it comes to small schools. Those types remind me of a bunch of seagulls. All squawk.

There will be 3 top teams in OF, EC, and Anahuac. As usual, the others battle for that 4th playoff spot.

If they do, I’m sure WOS will be happy to provide roundtrip transportation! Maybe even food and lodging.

Might as well give aggy the ring and jimbo another raise. Better yet, a lifetime contract. If he doesn’t win a national championship with this group in the next 3 seasons, well, it’s not going to happen.
