Now I'm worried at jh game just talked to a varsity player. He says 8 to 10 did go to dr today with flu like symptoms. They did not prac offense after school now I'm scared

We should learn a lesson from the kids. They showed great respect for each other afteer the game. We get online and belittle each other. Let's learn from the kids. Say good game and go on to week 6.  Just my opinion.

This may be the dumbest post I have ever read.  It is obviously someone who is not from Vidor trying to make every other team in the area hate Vidor even more.  After my post, done waste ur time or effort dragging this dumb post on any longer.  You people who bit on this, come on

No I'm sorry I think that positive comments are fine. I just feel like some don't worry about who they hurt with neg comments

No player either by name or number should ever be singled out on this forum. This should not be a place for weekend warriors to get on and relive their glory years by bashing fans, schools, towns, coaches and especially players. For those of yoiu who use this as a means of living thru ur kids or team grow up be a man and get a life. 

Vidors first team offense ran 30 plays scored 5 times from 70 yards out and had at least two 30 yard runs called back.  Dont think Vidors first defense gave up a first down ( I am assuming the white helmets were JV kids)Most of 0rangefields damage came against Vidors 2nd and 3rd defense.  I think of will be fine once they learn their system.  Vidor is big and physical.  Kicker has a leg just lacks confidence.  

Shane Pittman 107 rushes 838 yards 1st team all district.  Jacob Peevey 88 touches 786 yards.  Entire offensive line back.  Could be breakout years for both of these kids.

Hey guru, If I am not mistaken, Vidor's offense finished 2nd or 3rd in the district.  Their defense defended less plays than any other defense in the district.  I would have to beleive the offense had something to do with that.  If you are a Vidor fan be a Vidor fan dont get on this website and bash our home team. 

My neighbor plays for Vidor, he says kids are very excited about the new plays.  Cant wait to see it.  Also heard that we lost a few starters to Ike

In the 4a district not everyone got to play each other.  PNG got left out on a coin toss.

If electricity is out for 3-4 weeks how will the local districts determine playoff teams

vidor is a running team.  But when they threw the ball they did have some success.  Our boys seem to be much improved.  Very proud of the effort they gave last night.  WOS will win their district that is a given!  They are ranked in the top 10.  They have one of the greatest coachung staffs in the state.  But lets give vidor a little bit of credit they hung with a better and more athletic team for 4 quarters.

They will both help the pirates.  Good pick up for Coach Matthews

I think what he is trying to say, is that it does not matter what we like or dont like.  That is their system. I am sure Vidor's kids look at this site and when they see people knocking what they do it has to hurt their chance's.  In order for any team to be successful, the kids must beleive in the system.  Every coach visits other schools and mimicks their offense or defense.  Why not liberty hill.  Back to Back state titles.  They must be doing something right and by the way they have the same type of atheletes as Vidor.  Just my opinion.
