Sorry mat.........   Cooked and forgot to take pictures   try again next time

mat, I have been waiting for a food sub forum to start on here.........I think you might have just started it.   Planning on cooking this weekend...maybe I can figure out how to post pictures and contribute.   Looks great!

If you were my dad, I would be begging you to just shut up.  I know you mean well and this should really be coming from someone close to you that cares about you and your family, but either nobody has told you or you are refusing to listen so here it is.  Let the coaches coach and let the kids play.  Be supportive and try to stay out of their way.  It sounds like your kids have some talent and will do something with it, if you don't mess it up for them. Usually not any comments on this thread about the bands, Central put on a great performance, Loud and proud and an awesome drum line Nederland's military precision, westernaire's and the goldenettes are the cream of the crop. Great job to both!
