  2. Look on the UIL website for basketball it is region 2. Just looked at it this morning.
  3. I saw someone say that as well.
  4. Does anyone know why Bullard wasn't there?
  5. So Carthage is a surprise to me.
  6. I did not know that the possibility of not playing again was there that late in the summer.
  7. Yes I was looking at the brackets and if the ranked teams in our region, which unless I missed someone are Silsbee, Navasota, Yates and North forest. If the favored teams win their district, Nav. and Yates will be in the same half of the region which will also have the winner of the HJ/Huffman district. The only currently ranked team in our half would be North Forest if they end up 2nd. This year there is an advantage to winning district.
  8. Not according to the uil alignment page. I thought so too but they are in Carthage's district which is in region 2 for basketball.
  9. Hmmm after watching the highlights on Kfdm and slowing them down it does appear that Kaylon put the ball off the glass and then you see the hand of the Woodlands player slap it away. So from that look it was a good call. Awful fast to see in Regular speed but appears to me to be correct.
  10. Wow is Hudson having a down year??
  11. I cant tell anything really from that video. Just too close for me to call. Do think there was a lot of contact that could have been called instead but I definitely saw lots of contact that wasn't called tonight. Those went both ways saw several push offs on them not called and done I thought would be called on us. Tough way for The Woodlands to lose but with better play by the Tigers this one wouldn't have been in debate. As is often our story we had too many missed layups and some sloppy turnovers.
  12. The Woodlands did play a good game and they had a reason to be upset. That goaltending was a tough call. I would love to see a good replay of it. At the least I think we should have been shooting fts. Their #22 kept them in it, he can play. Just wonder how much different it would have been with the big guy. Overall typical home game for the Tigers, especially first home game. Sloppy, definitely not their best game but hung in and got the win. Off night for Harris and another big late 3 ball by Adams. Tigers learning about playing these close ones. The refs definitely let them play. Way different than the calls in Dallas. I have to say I wondered if I was watching the right team in the first half as we were 6/6 from the ft line but only 3/6 in the second half. We played 12 players tonight. Keep playing guys it's fun watching.
  13. Tigers survive 65-64
  14. Goal tending gives Tigers lead with 7 seconds left
  15. Tigers take a TO with 13.7 left
  16. Big 3 ball by the Woodlands #22 to give them a 64-63 lead with 18.1 secs left
  17. 59-56 woodlands 155 or so left
  18. Tied at 54 3:46 left
  19. 50-44 Tigers with about 5:50 left Tigers starters have been resting since probably 3 minutes left in third. Re entering now
  20. Tigers lead 48-42 After 3.
  21. Second group plus maybe 11th player igniting the Tigers lead 48-41
