I will say it is awful hard for me this year to try to figure out the differences in teams I have seen just in games against us. Even not seeing Huffman i really would have thought this one wouldn't have been so close.i thought Huffman and HJ were seperated from everyone in the district by at least a little.

How many times has WOS won state in basketball? after all this is a basketball thread and if we are looked down upon for bringing up basketball on a football thread we'll then you can't bring up football on a basketball thread.

No I think it was enough that you held us out of the end zone for what was it 10 or 12 plays inside the 10! (Still even after you won state I would have bet against that) So 100 was our retribution.

No reason to be scared at all. Looking forward to tomorrow night. Hopefully it will be a good clean game on the court and off with no injuries. Will be nice to watch my Tigers face an quick athletic team.

I do agree with the defense statement but when they probably had over 60 possessions and only scored on maybe 20-25. That's not too bad. But areas do need to improve.

No we haven't been starting that lately even before the last few games where players have been out. Michael had been starting in place if Barnes and since some have been out Braylon has been starting.

True but we thought the same thing about the football game.

I haven't seen WOS this season. They are obviously better than what I saw in the summer. What I figure will give us more of a game than we have seen in district so far is the athleticism and speed. I don't think in any of the district games so far anyone has rolled over, but our speed and athleticism has been superior. That difference won't be as evident against WOS. Now when it comes to the basketball part instead of athleticism I don't know if WOS has the guards or shooters to give us a good fight or not. Much like we saw the difference on the football field this year we will see the difference on the court. Not sure what the point differential may be, will just have to wait and see.

Why will it be interesting?

Good game by the Tigers missing 2 starters and one off the second unit. Got on a big roll early in the fourth. I know it's tough on the coaches picking the 5 on each unit but I really like watching the starting group we had tonight play together. Three good shooters in Bush, Adams and Harris. Then Devon who can get to the rim almost anytime he wants. Along with a rebounding machine in Barnes. Tough for teams to defense that. Good to see all the players getting in stride. It seems to me the last few games Devon has turned it up a notch or three coming out of halftime and sparks his teammates. Hope the improvements keep rolling in.

Although I don't see much difference between a 62 and 48 pt difference, I am afraid my Tigers are going to be accused of running up the score several times in district. I know we will play everyone on the bench but I dont see much letting up on the gas. Too much trying to keep focus and improving from the top of the lineup to the bottom. All trying to reach that ultimate goal.
