What get's me and we see it every year, is the looking past the first round.  There are going to be several, several teams that were predicted and expected to make it past the first round and lose.  These message boards are going to be on fire come Sunday. 8)

I know this shouldn't matter but the first two weeks of November are always booked for deer season.  This shouldn't be a big surprise to anyone living in east Texas.  The crowds are always down regardless if its a meaningful game or not.  The deeper the team goes in the playoffs the larger the crowd.  Unless you're the PNG fan base in which, well, they show up in masses to watch their team get ousted in the first round.......hey, what'd you do Saturday night?  Ah, I went to the Butch and watched them Indians get totally humiliated by a far more superior football team from 19-4A.

Crosby's School Board vs Vidor - Vidor's still upset about the INCIDENT and puts it on Crosby.... GCM vs Nederland - GCM's going to cause some turnovers and cut and tuck the Dog's.... As much as I'd like to see a 4-0 sweep I think it'll be 3-1 for 19-4A, bet it!

You guys couldn't come up with like a shrimp boat logo or maybe a tug boat themed helmet?  Man, I was so disappointed when PNG's new helmets came out.  Had a chance to make a statement with a cool new up to date helmet but yet the tobacco Red Man got stuck on ya'lls helmets along with the caps lock being stuck on PNG.  Yeahp, PNG loses because of the ugly helmets. [/quote] You are correct.  There has to be a transition period in there.  I don't necessarily think they dropped that much in that I think they are playing pretty decent with the talent that they have.  Every team is going to have those down years, to me that builds character as long as everybody still believes in the system.  Gotta take the bad with the good.  Hopefully some of them young guys have seen what the Broncos have done in the past and it will motivate them to keep pushing.  Again, the ultimate goal is The State Championship, nothing else.

Well, due to global warming, Al Gore, and the Dixie Chicks, not only will two-a-days be taken away but the players will have to play two-below  :o

Yes East Chamber's is good but we have athletes to and we are not 38-0 bad. We ran about the same 5 play's all night . You can say what you what but we are to predictable [/quote] I was at the game and until the Panthers find a QB that can actually throw the ball and utilize their speed the play calling will be the same.  I agree some of the play calling was on the coaches but geez the QB couldn't even throw a simple out route, not his fault but thats a big problem.  All EC had to do was key on the run.  AND I think AP's defense had a lot to do with it as well, the middle of the field was open all night long.

I hate to say it, but I've stated in other post's, JD is not even close to being 100% and I hate it for him.  I know there are others that are injured as well.  There is absolutely no way this team will win the State Championship this year.  Isn't that the goal?  Why are the injured players allowed on the field?  Seems like they are doing more harm than good.  Where's the younger studs who can gain some valuable experience playing up this year?
