A few bright spots but we could see quite a few teams out after 2nd week of playoffs. Deep East Texas teams I see going very deep are San Augustine and Newton.

I think you have to give a coach a full off season. Conditioning, strength, and if he can get the kids to come to voluntary summer workouts. Once you can get some improvements then more will follow and your program will grow.
