It wouldn't surprise me a bit that if Texas beats TCU this week that Strong stays at Texas. Don't know how you do that, but I just have a funny feeling it will happen. I'm also not so sold on Herman as being the next coach at Texas. I mean is 2 years enough to be able to tell how good a coach someone is? Especially at Houston. Heck he won the first year with another coaches recruits basically.

Every LEGAL Citizen of the United States has the RIGH to vote but they are not obligated to vote. However, if you don't exercise your right to vote you damn sure don't have a RIGHT to biotch about things in your area !

I have to agree. I really like Strong, but bottom line is you have to WIN. And, the ultimate slap in the face (Losing to Kansas) should be the nail in the coffin. The entire staff needs to find another job after what I saw Saturday. Everything was pathetic !

I just don't want another hire like the last. Having to look and be turned down right and left and settling for someone is not going to get us anywhere !

Would love to see Dabo come to UT. I'm not sold on Herman yet. He has done a great job at Houston but has lost some games to some pretty bad teams. And, UH doesn't play in a very tough conference. Dabo has proven he can coach with anyone in the country. If you can't get a BIG NAME Hire then stay with Strong for one more year and hopefully he'll bring in a DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR to get the defense where it needs to be.

Weisbrod will be a difference maker for the Cards this year. Hope they keep things going. Lamar needs a good year in basketball for a change. What Knight did the team will take years to recover from. Pathetic excuse for a coach.
