Exactly! This clown elevated misdemeanors into felonies in order to get around the fact that the misdemeanors had a 2 year limitation. But in order to be able to do this there had to be an underlying law being broke to make that elevation. But this clown didn't state what law was broken. I listened to a law professor and he said that the mere fact of not stating what law was broker should be cause for dismissal. The law that was broken, if there was one, should have been stated so Trump's lawyers know what to try to defend against. Why he did not state it -- because there was not any law broken! Then this clown wants the trial to start in Jan 2024, right in the middle of election season. Only the socialist Demoncrats could lead us towards a banana republic!!
