Brave Judge REJECTS Hunter Biden Sweetheart Plea Deal! From the article: "After much discussion and back-and-forth, a federal judge has declined to accept Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal. The deal would have allowed Biden to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges and would have disposed of a felony gun charge. The president’s son was expected to get off with a couple of years of probation and a promise not to drink or do drugs and to enter a diversion program to make the gun charges go away. But Delaware Federal District Judge Maryellen Noreika objected to the nature of the deal from the beginning. She questioned lawyers during the hearing about her many concerns: Why was the deal presented to her as a binding plea with global immunity, the terms of which she could not modify? Why was a tax plea linked to a firearms charge? What about FARA charges for Biden, who had clearly been acting as a foreign agent? Noreika asked if Hunter Biden was still under investigation and was told he was. H. Biden is supposed to appear before a Judge on 7-26 to see if the Judge accepts the plea deal. Congressman Jason Smith sent in a brief to the Judge entering into evidence the testimony of the IRS whistle blower. This is a legal move to make sure that the Judge really wants to let Biden off with a slap on the hand. But, on 7-25, Biden's attorney called the court house clerk and "pretended" to be the Republican attorney and told the clerk that they really didn't mean to file all the whistle blower information. His attorney wanted the Judge to strike that info from the record. To say the least, the Judge was furious. The Judge gave Biden's lawyers until 9 PM on 7-25 to explain themselves or be sanctioned. I'm wondering if it was the bong smoking lawyer that made the call?! Anyway -- should be interesting how she decides!! @UT alum @Big girl @CardinalBacker

How about this novel idea: Combine both Beaumont schools and then that will pretty much equal the enrollment of NS. Then they would be one of the big dogs in the District. But, again, this comes with a caveat: They must not allow who has been selecting the coaches to continue. Although Beaumont will always have the athletes, this, along with a large enrollment, won't matter if bad coaches are in charge.
