LeFrederick Ford 13 carries for 113 yds (8.7 yds/att) 2 TD's THATS his stats for jasper. not bad either.
Yup! Pretty darn good.  Should have given him the ball more.
 2.
Let's see. You can't bring yourselves to an educated discussion about a possible match-up so you resort to trash talking and name calling (which is fine by me due to the middle school level quality of debate coming from the opposing side). When you stop chasing your tail and realize you are back at square one with a mediocre team and limited chance to win you have to play the smartarse and bring up a game that will not happen and 99% of PN-G fans realize would be a very long shot to compete in. What point are you making. That you are not very funny? It never fails to amaze me how many OTHER teams fans find the need to interject their opinion into a PN-G discussion. I understand it is hard to like us when you can't be us.
You just proved why he put this sarcastic thread on board.  This is one of the funnier posts I have seen in a long time.
 3. I am surprised that P4E didn't come up with something like "most of the 8th graders were called up to varsity for this week" as an excuse!  But after reading his post he was abnormally complimentary.
None of those schools would visit an FCS school. Against C-USA and SBC by-laws...some of you have much to learn re: football!  :D You are a pompous *ss!
6. The PNG fans are starting to remind me of the Lumberton fans 2 years ago when they finally turned it around.  Next we will start hearing how they could beat Katy, the Woodlands and Cedar Hill.  Then we will move to UT, Florida and Alabama.  Finally they will extrapolate that they could beat the Patriots, Saints and Vikings.  It will be fun to come on here everyday and see what's posted next.
 7. This was shocker to me.  Nederland is the comeback team this year.  Didn't give up, kept improving and is now in the drivers seat for a playoff spot.
 8. I say lets get rid of this Hindu religious practice.  Not necessary to the content of a sports message board.
 9. Once again, rankings show little intellectual prowess.  PNG at only 21 and Jasper behind WOS is just plain bad.  Especially Jasper who's two losses are to the #1 & 2 team in the state and have a win against the so called #18 team in the state.

 11.
For a player ranked No. 34 - it does not seem like he had an impressive list of schools interested in him.  ???
Oh I'm sure he would have moved up into the top 5 had Dan Rather State been recruiting him.
 12.
Oh no, not bitter.  I am just Tiger proud, but you are right, I would not miss an oppurtunity to jab.  I admit though, my prediction was wrong, congrats to Lumberton on the win.  As for the most influential city, idk, old blood and old money run deep.
Well it comes across as bitter.  I would say on any given game night whem LHS & SHS are not playing each other, Lumberton fans would on the whole be pulling for Silsbee.  You couldn't say the same about Silsbee fans.
 13. I saw PNG play a game this year and they were impresssive.  Very large line, plays physical, very good defense.  It looks like a completely different group of kids from last year both in stature and the way they played.  Fairclothe should no doubt be coach of the year and I would now be shocked if PNG doesn't make some noise in the playoffs.  As far as the fans, being on the other side of the posts, there definately is some deep seeded emotion bleeding through from the nearly 10 years of mostly average teams.  It definately comes accross as if the fans believe it is their birthright for PNG to always win district. That said, Fairclothe is making quite a name for himself accross the state for his turnaround, which will only get more prevalent depending on how deep the team goes in the playoffs.  With his connections from Permian, Westlake and Highland Park, he will not go under the radar.  Not being a local product or PNG alum, I would think that if a Metro 5A school especially one of the high profile programs comes calling in the next few years, it will be hard to hold onto him.  But no matter, he definately has it going again on the Reservation.  He was smart to pick a school with so much tradition and history as his first head coaching stop.
 14.
I predicted PN-G to win District!!
Yeah but you also predicted WOS to win district too.
 15.
How about a rematch for the Tigers?  Would the outcome be the same????    LCM by ten at least!!!
You are just another bitter Silsbee-ite that can't get over the fact that Lumberton is now the largest and most influential city in little ole Hardin County.  You wouldn't dare miss any opportunity to take a jab at Lumberton.
 16. Somone tell me if I'm wrong.  If Lumberton wins out and Ozen loses out, then Lumberton is the 4th place team.  That would mean we would play Dayton 1st round or Crosby?  Disappointed by this season.  Lumberton has been it own worst enemy this year.
 17.
Hmmmmm....this is a very pathetic list of people to choose from.  Where is Garret Gilbert??  I mean he only holds EVERY passing record.
. Its hardly a pathetic list.  It has a tremendous selection of great players.  Just because they all are not from the last 10 years doesn't make it bad.  Geez, no respect for the elderly.
 18.
A good article on Shipley and Case McCoy. [Hidden Content]
That's a great article!  Hope both of these guys do well at UT.
 19. I like the idea of scrimmaging other D1 schools but I don't know about scrimmaging a conference school.  They should have gotten UH or La Tech, someone like that.
 20.
::) No Comment ::)
Gotta love Soulja!  If you wont say it I will.  These rankings are just a bit rediculous.  Central is most assuredly a top 20 if not top 15 team.  How can anyone rank Dayton ahead of Crosby.  Crosby throttles them 28-0 (that's Purple 4 Ever's language), both have identicle records and one of Crosby's losses is to a top 10 team.  Why do we even play games.  Lets just rank the teams an award a state title.  All this color and mascot art doesn't make up for weak analysis and thinking when putting these rankings together.  And Dave Campbell's is even worse than this one.
 21. I guess that WOS has just built up a loyal following of sports writer voters.  With losses to Jasper and Silsbee, they shouldn't be in the poll.
 22.
Same thing with Texas/OU..Now thats two diffrent things..But Texas Beat Ou But OU made the NC because they did better Than Texas Did aginst Common Opponents..So You cant Always by that.. We'll just have to wait til next week
Thats the screwed up BCS.  Thanks God that we don't have that barn yard fertilizer in the UIL!
