It would have been incompetence on the part of the TEA and Williams, maybe even seen as criminal, to not have taken action!!! This is truly a sad day for all of SE Texas!!

first of all your poll is not scientific and second, in a world of political correctness where if you disagree with the LGBT mafia who is very much admired by the media then you are castigated so many who disagree will most likely keep silent!! That said, that does in no way mean that those speaking out in favor are in the majority. Finally, you do not know this individual personally, and until you do, then even your favorable opinion has no basis until you get to know him/her from spending a considerable amount of quality face time. As for me, I have to stand on the truth from God's word. Just because you like someone or sympathize with them as they struggle with a "huge" issue in their life, as a believer you cannot compromise on God's truth. I do not make light of anyone's confusion about who they are!! But I would not want this kind of confusion being put on display among young kids. If he/she wants to teach it should be at the high school level where the kids are older. JMHO!!!

My opinion, this is a human being who is on a mission!!  This is not someone who wants to to live their life peacefully with their newfound identity or sexuality but wants to see that everyone is forced to accept his/her unnatural choice.  His/her rights which are superior to the rights of those who see this as not right!!  There really is no freedom in this country!!!   JMHO!!!

One bad apple!! Wow!!!  SMH but when the inmates are in control of the assylum not much change will happen.  What's worse than what has actually happened at BISD is the defenses put up to save those who should be gone!!!

For clarification purposes, this individual isn't a "cross-dresser", but someone born a man who is going through all the medical procedures necessary to at least have his male anatomy changed to female anatomy!  At the end of the day what is really at stake here, and in America, is whether individuals can have values and want to impart those value to there children, or does the "state" have the right to tell parents they cannot impart their values to their own children.  Of course the "state" is not some sort of inanimate object, but is really run by elected individuals and appointed bureaucrats who in affect are imposing their values by use of the "state" and "we the people" are just letting them run roughshod over us. And all the while on this little incident here in little ole Lumberton, people on both sides of this issue will behave badly and say bad things and get caught up in this little skirmish but miss the bigger picture of where this country is really headed!!! 

I am familiar with this and it is a sad situation!!  Again rights of some trump the rights of others.
