Could be another good matchup for Crosby. Lot of talent at Marshall but I think this is a good matchup Crosby. I think we're playing a little sharper on both sides of the ball and you have to give Riordan the coaching advantage in this one. 

Good luck Crosby your defense should be ready for this one and I want to see if that offense you guys have can put it all together and win big.  Make 21-5a proud , I'm working grave yards next week so I want be able to attend but I will be tuned in. 

And people were saying Central was a bad team , its the playoffs you have to be ready every game , good job New Caney glad you were able to pull it off and good fight Central , that was a awesome game. I get where you coming from but Katy always have talent buddy but they also have discipline to go along with it.

Surprisingly they said "Yes". I say no especially on the high school level. Accountability off the field equates on the field.  Thats what I liked about David Aymond at North Shore. It didn't matter how good you were if you didn't buy into the system you were gone.

 

Did he suit up? if so the kid plays and the coaching staff could discipline him in practice all week , don't punish the rest of the team behind a bone head mistake. I believe in discipline to but I also believe in playing the player if they suit up and we will handle the problem at the right time. He is a kid , we all make mistakes but not season ending mistakes. Just my opinion.

Hopefully Williams and Netherly is healthy , I keep hearing Netherly hasn't been healthy all season but he's putting up some pretty nice numbers.

Grace had 246 yards in the five quarters he go to play last season before he tore his ACL against Angleton where he already had 7 carries for 99 yards in the first quarter. Didn't need it's not like Dayton comment. So no back has went over a 1000 yards since Walters from Crosby? Did Grace go over a 1000 this year? Max Preps had him at 944 prior to the New Caney game? And Edwards might have punked Us & King in your eyes but seems like y'all needed that more against ridge point

Gurulyfe4football I honestly thought Grace came back last year for the playoffs a mcl tear is a 6 to 8 weeks. 

Gurulyfe4football when you guys beat us in 2014 on OT with those 2 backs I became a fan of course when you guys wasn't playing us and I talk a lot of smack but I have respect for those to young men , I think if anybody can lead y'all to state it will be those 2 in the backfield along with Netherly. Get healthy and go dominate

Seems like Carlos is out of shape to me but that's still not a reason to have 3 rbs. With those 2 backs you guys seem practically unstoppable.  

L-Train11 look there backs up and you tell me? Those same 2 rbs are top backs in the state and led them to the semis in 2014 as a freshman & southomore  and they both have D1 offers. How good are your backs? and I believe Williams ran all over you guys last year and didn't get to play after halftime. 

They have an offensive line with no returning starters, that's why there 3rd in rushing this season in 21-5a which is a run happy district and that's  pretty darn good from where I stand 

I believe me and my fellow 21-5a buddies was have a discussion , we always give each other a hard time. I wasn't dodging the question , I wasn't talking to you but since you would like to know , my point was they're running game is still a threat and is producing , there rbs are putting up good numbers with that inexperience weak offensive line was my point.

And pretty close and having a 1000yds or better is 2 different things. We were pretty close to beating you guys in cougar land in OT but came up short , so pretty close doesn't count. 

You claim to know so much about football but you sound a little ignorant , you're 3rd in district  21-5a in rushing because you guys have a new offensive line , there's not 1 returning starter on that line, if I'm wrong please correct me Mr Williams but you're complaining about the production of your backs that's still producing with a mediocre  and inexperienced offensive line. Some people don't know how good they got it.

And my point was before you came talking about stats , is that this is by far the smallest and weakest offensive line Crosby has had in the last 10 years. That's why your running game is down and your running game is not that bad this year go to max preps and see who's at the top in rushing in 21-5a and who's at the top in points scored , come on you're a stat man you're suppose to know these things I bet you guys have more rushing Tds than passing Tds this year , you can't take nothing away from Williams or Grace , they have proven what they can do theres not a team or coach that wouldn't love to have either 1 of those backs coming out the backfield every Friday night.
