Dang first week and we have all kinds of excitement. This is setting up to be a awesome season of youth football. Going out with a bang and another trophy. Sorry Bugatti I will let you hand my son his trophy this year on the hill so you won't feel left out. ;)

It has been such a long time since we have lost a game I honestly have forgotten what it feels like. I now understand what Nederland goes through every week. :) Just picking whisperer.....

One BMT team, one Vidor team, one Nederland team, one WOS team, I can go on & on this year in senior excluding lumberton. I wish we could play all together like our competitors, but that's not ever going to happen when 50 eager kids want to learn how to play football in port neches & groves. There will be a purple team standing on the championship hill at lamar again this year. One game doesn't stand in our way.

Yeah it was a whippin, but unlike you i don't make excuses when we lose. We will be hearing those excuses from BMT soon. It happens every year around the end of the season.

There sure is a lot of love on the board today. Heard some of the same stories last year as well as the comments being shared. Guess some things never change. I know it stinks right now, but things always come back to bite you.

Even the BEST go down from time to time. :) We drew a tough non-conferance schedule this season again with having to play WOS and Jasper. This will just make us better the later the year gets.

Dang!! Whisperer is flapping it good the first week. I like how WOS fans are laying low on this board. This means it will be even more impressive when we come away with the win. They are all business. ;)

Whisperer, whisperer, whisperer ........I like all your picks except one. I will give you a minute to figure out which one I'm talking about. Times up!! Them little ponies might hang around for a quarter or two but when the second half roles around they will be heading to the stables early. The heat on Saturday will play a major factor and I will bet a lot of WOS players go both ways. Good luck to all the teams and stay hydrated.

I'm going to have to slow down on the flapping this year. After our scrimmages against the other PNG team, we may be in for a long season. ;)

One question.....the last three times #1 played "Bost and crew" what was the outcome? Until BMT learns that it is more than one player they will always be behind "Bost and CREW" or should we say TEAM. Good luck to all the senior teams this year .

Yes, the last time we lost a game was to WOS back in 2012.  What a good way to start the season off with two of the better teams going head-to-head in week 1.
