This stat pops up every year, but it's still amazing. Carthage head coach Scott Surratt has a record of 69-7 in the playoffs since he took over in 2007 and has more state titles (8) than playoff losses. He's 204-29 overall.

Richland Springs, Mount Enterprise, Strawn, and now Benjamin just in the last 4 years plus more before that. Dad is a coach and has 3 boys that were all really good. Looks like he moves them around to the highest bidder

The Rigdon kid is pretty good and is only a sophomore. Won a title last year at Strawn and moved for this year. Scored 8 TD’s in the championship game last year as a freshman and is on pace to do it again.
