He's 2-2 with a 3 run bomb so far in tonights game.  The kid can flat out hit.  Not bad for the shortest player in the league at 5'5".  He is making a name for himself across the league.

Lefty #9 started and went 2.  Righty #31 is starting the 3rd now.

Nederland has loaded the bases with 1 out in both innings but only have 1 run to show for it.

It's finally time to quit all of the talking and play ball!  I'm ready.  This should be a good one. 

It's May 3rd and there have been 2 more no hitters thrown than Albert Pujols homeruns. Also Chris Johnson and Carlos Beltran had more RBi's Last night than Albert does all year.  Is he just having a hard time adjusting to the AL or is this the beginning of a drastic decline?

There are a few players in the world that when the ball comes off of their bat it is just different, and he is one of them.  He hit 2 rockets last night off of the right center wall. His arm in the outfield is silly.  He has thrown a few balls on a rope that should have been assist if his catcher could catch. He plays hard and seems to be a student of the game, so I don't see why everyone is so quick to dog him besides his age and magazine covers.  The only problem I have is that his haircut is terrible.
