I could see not allowing them to transfer in conference and matching up with their former team, but that's it. Okie Lt blocked a kid from transferring a few years ago to any team who's conference had a bowl tie in with the Big 12 which is ridiculous. That eliminated most of the schools in the country.

Something really needs to be done about coaches blocking kids from transferring. Coaches are free to go anywhere, but kids aren't.
