The whole thing was a joke. The STJFL board always has an agenda.....a few of them have power trip issues, and it showed.

There should be a rematch for Bmt Flag G and Bmt Flag W being that there were extenuating circumstances that led to this. When flooding, delayed games, lack of communication & incorrect info given are in play.....that should be taken into account when deciding on forfeit or reschedule, especially when this is the playoffs. Whoever made this decision....shame on them.
Have you ever been involved in trying to reschedule games in a situation like this? That's what I thought.

It's East Texas State Champs. There are other chapters of the State that will compete in Regionals. So if you play and soundly beat the teams that are in your STATE Tournament, then you are the Champs. Forgive me for asking, why are you so concerned that you created a new account and posed this question, as your first post, an hour after the Championship Game?
Because:
1) I never post on this site so I had to create an account so that I could ask the question
2) I posted it after finding out that Babe Ruth even had a tournament
Not too hard to understand the question. People kept saying these teams won "state", so I was just wondering how it could be considered "state" when only a couple of counties were in the tournament. East Texas state champs explains it better
