Kirbyville has come a long way despite of poor coaching and lack of motivation. We have had solid athletes with tremendous speed every year, even during our down years(during the 90s).

Kirbyville vs Newton....last time these two teams played was in 2003. Kirbyville started out slow but the running and passing game came alive. Newton ended up kicking an onside kick to win the game. Go Kirbyville!!!! I think it would be a close game...Kirbyville by 7 or maybe more.

I have seen Kirbyville get destroyed by Corrigan Camden back in the late 90s 63-0 and torn off the bone by a very, very speedy Alto team 56-0 around the same time!!
