  1. seay played in 5 game on the defense and not the hole game and still had 30 plus tackles. And you're correct this is not a debate again congrats to all of the boys that were nominated and the finalist.

plus the head to head central vs dogs seay. Png vs dogs seay. Just had to do that. 11 signed on one team and one on the other as we were leaving the other night Png coach looks at sage and tells him from 3 year you have got me but i well have someone at graduation taken pic and sending to me so i now you gone i have enjoyed watching you play My teams for the last three years but will be glad to see you go great job.
  2. U are both right they didn't mention what thompson, locke, pagent or king did on other side of ball as far as stats goes. They only listed stats pretaining to what side of award they were up for

  3. I don't know where you got your stats from. Deionte had 47 tackles, 6 interceptions and 8 pbus. I know, because I personally kept count. What they didn't mention was his punt return yards and touchdowns. You should probably check your source on his stats.

I was there I said if you read back .I said think also they didn't mission locks punt returns are the linebackers stuff that he did as a tight end congrats to all no hard feelings just stating.
  4. Please don't take this one thing away from these kids all that were nominated not just the finals all that or nominated had A great year for their team this is on the hands of the voters I can promise after reading who the voters were and if I knew how to snapshot it and put on this site you would see that the voters only stats to go of off. At the banquet you would know that Mr. Smith was more than a stats guy he didn't know one thing about football when he got into coaching this award was on leadership character motivating your team to a higher level. Again congrats to the two winners well deserved
  5. If my memory is correctat the banquet Mike's numbers were total offense 4100 plus and over 40 tds running and throwing. On the defense DT had I think it was 41 total tackles seven break ups with four interceptions. Now if Your going off stats James locke wins this award I think the tackles were in the 70s with seven interceptions and like nine or close break ups. Or the big linebacker from Holden Jefferson with over 160 tackles seven forced fumbles and I think it was three ints.
  6. Ned was giving up 29ppg through the non-district part of their schedule. The last three games of the season they gave up over 42ppg. You can't use the tough district argument because y'all got swept, so I would have to say y'all digressed instead. All of our teams got stronger as the season progressed, by the end of the year Ned was losing to GCM. You tell me what you call it?

go blow smoke some were else he was still run over your ld and db in the third and played every down on offense and defense till he left the game. Now again like i said congrat to Crosby on the win.
  7. I think I understand what you're saying. To that I would say playing Ned does get us ready for the playoffs, playing Lumberton probably wouldn't but when you beat the DC I think it actually gives confidence to the team they can beat anybody they face from that district. I know Ned is supposed to improve during the year which is why they don't try to win non-district games(unless they win), but I could argue Ned actually digressed during the year then got out coached in the first round. Playing in 21-5A gets us plenty ready for the playoffs as you can tell from our 10-2 playoff record the last few years mixed with the fact we're dropping 40 and 50 on y'all on a consistent basis. Better players, better coaches, better facilities, better enrollments . . . Better results.

If i was at the same game as the crosby fans this year this is what i saw for 21/2 quarters they couldnt stop # 10 he leaves the game with severe leg cramps with the lead and driving not to return because he was over used going both ways to much for the first game but would have love to see the out come if he go four. But crosby wins congrats on the season
  8. Ever think that maybe Lamar didn't have a need at the position your son plays? Maybe McNeese had a need there.  That would explain the disparity in the times they visited.  Also, different coaches judge talent differently.  Maybe Lamar didn't find your son as talented at McNeese did.  Lots of variables. "Lamar doesn't recruit locally" isn't one of them.

yes you are right he isnt that good avg player thank you mcneese going to love you so cajun train.
  9. With all the talent in the Golden triangle and Lamar cannot seem to get all these boys into one room and try to get them to play for Lamar. I guess they like only putting 250 people in the stadium that is a shame when high school Friday nights can put more people in the stadium then your local college because they cannot bring the kids home.
  10. Let take two game ned vs central down 12 at the half seay puts his team on his back put them back in the lead and make the game winning tackle. Png game they couldnt stop him running are throwing and again the game winning tackle. This kid did it all year lose hes leading wr then lost another later in the year and the 5th game changed up his back feild. Then when was asked to make big stops on defense he did.
  11. I would like to say this on behalf of sage seay. He was blessed to have a good team around him it was all ways about the team not him. He loved playing with the dogs and play for his Community all you have to do is ask him and if you were to say something like it was a one man show don't call me and say sage was very ugly. Because he was going to let you know how hard the dogs had to work this year to be good it took all 100 kids that came to practice very day to be good this year. That was his words at the football banquet the other night. It was fun for me being part for the bulldog Family for four years now it's time to move on looked out Lake Charles Louisiana the Cajun train is coming to you.
