Talk about a person who planned to ambush someone and getting verbally B-slapped? Bet she Never, Ever, has that guy on again. Good chance she'll never bring up gun ownership at all.

Libertarians Candidates Talk Good About Obama & Clinton
Hagar replied to Hagar's topic in Political Forum
I saw another article that the Libertarian candidates position agreed with Bermie Sanders 72 times. That's about 73 to many. -
Not very knowledgeable about basketball, but from what little I've watched of the pros, I've seen some Tall guys that didn't play well, but virtually no short guys that weren't good. That Tall must count for something.

Ok, couple of months before I retired, on way way to work and heard Al Caldwell tell this story on KLVI. Billy Bob was the greatest running back in the history of Texas A&M and College football. He'd set virtually every record possible, and lead them to a National Championship. With his college football over, he had decided he wanted to graduate with a degree, so he visited the Chancellor. Chancellor said, Billy Bob, why the visit? Billy Boy explained his desire for a degree. Chancellor replied, Billy Bob, while you were a wizard at football, your performance in class was less than adequate. I can't do it. Word got around campus, and to the alumni to whom Billy Bob was was like a God. The Chancellor was besieged with request and demands. To Billy Bobs surprise, he was summoned to the Chancellors office. Chancellor told him about the overwhelming support, and had reconsidered. He said, Here's the deal. Saturday, at noon, in the middle of Kyle field, I'll give you a one question quiz. If you answer correctly, you'll get your degree and graduate. Billy Bob was elated. so Sat, at noon, the stage was set. The stands were completely full, and the stadium speakers were hooked up to the microphones. The Chancellor, after praising all in attendance said, ok Billy Bob, here's the question, and take your time, What is three times nine? Billy Bob went deep in thot. His brow was creased. After a minute or so, sweat started flowing down his face. The crowd, feeling empathy for him, started chanting in unison, Hey hey, what'd say, give him a Degree anyway, over and over. Finally, the Chancellor ask for quiet, and told Billy Bob he needed his answer. Billy Bob thot and thot as the murmurs from the crowd increased. All of a sudden, Billy Boys face lit up and he said, I got it. I got it. You could've heard a pin drop. Billy Boy shouted, The answer is 27. Immediately the crowd of 102,000 students and alumni roared in unison, Give him another chance. Give him another chance.

Ought to shorten the drive significantly. Plus, between my wife and my my MILaw, who is 89, I now know the location of every rest area, restroom, porta potty, and large clumps of trees between Evadale and Georgia

You'd probably be surprised nappy at how many R's are dissatisfied with their party. I supported Cruz, and to me, his biggest plus was that no R's or D's (establishment) liked him. I don't like Trump, but, his only plus is none of them like him. Imo, very few of All of our elected Govt people personify the characteristics of a true Govt "for the people". oh, and the answer to your question, probably never.

Me too, but making me hungry is easy lol. Was watching these folks grilling ribs on TV. My wife ask if I was hungry watching it. Told her if you threw a bbq rib on the living room floor, I'd break both kneecaps getting to it

It's very frustrating discussing things with you. You don't read, understand, or remember what I've posted. Should you be mad at all. Muslims? No. As I posted earlier, we lived peacefully with Muslims in this country for generations. But the Leaders of Islam in the Middle East has turned it into a hateful, intolerant religion. Like the story in the Old Testament you refer to, but 100 million times worse. In the Old Testament, the Jews were ordered to do that in battle to everyone in a town or village they were fighting. There are over 7 Billion people in the world. There are 1.5 billion Muslims. That means many Leaders of Islam are advocating killing 5.5 billion men, women and children - 5,500,000,000 ! Should you be mad at all Muslims? No, but at the very least, you should be concerned that our Govt keeps bringing more of these potential radical Muslims to our country.

GM of Dallas Cowboys walking down sidewalk. Lil boy with newborn puppies sitting in his yard. GM said, pretty puppies, do they like football? Boy said, Yessir, they're Cowboy fans. Two wks later J. Jones visited GM & they were out walking. GM spots lil boy with his pups & tells Jerry, You got to see this. Hey young fellow, which team does your pups like? Lil boy says, The Texans. GM hollered, But two weeks ago, you said the Cowboys. Lil boy said, Yea, but that was before they opened their eyes.

We've wanted to do that again. Went to Fredericksburg and saw the Nimitz museum. I heard they've upgraded it. Friend said Tue or Wed best days. Less crowds. If you like history, you'll probably enjoy it.

Currently in Newnan, Ga, about 30 min west of Atlanta on I-85. They were so excited to have someone from Evadale. Wanted a parade, but I ask them to keep my visit low profile PS: Might pass you. Heading home next week. The I-65 from Mobile to Montgomery seems like 500 miles lol

Durn, I hope she doesn't finger Evadale. .

It's a great question. I doubt the FBI has a good answer. Just saw a post that they're still looking for her. Only a guess, but I say she's in the Witness Protection Program and they're pumping all the info out of her they can.

I pointed that out in the second paragraph in my response to Dove. But since many Muslims are terrorists, and their corrupted Islam Imam's have taught them infidels must be killed. The problem big girl, when we let them immigrate, how does our Govt know the peaceful Muslims from the terrorist? and you keep bringing up McVeigh. He was a terrorist, and has been executed. But he only had two others with him. It wasn't hundreds of thousands like ISIS. and sadly in 1995, he actually killed 168 people. That attack was politically motivated, and none done since. But there are 3,200 dead at the hands of Muslims. Please explain to me why you're evidently outraged/fixated at McVeigh, but not these Muslims?

Just saw this. Had to post. [Hidden Content]

What? You mean we haven't?

Further evidence you either didn't read my first post, or you can't comprehend what you read. Go back and read the second paragraph of my response to Dove. And do you ever watch the news? Evidently not. You should. If you're not aware of what's going on, you'll always be uniformed. As for your Bible reference, yes in the Old Testament, which was Before Jesus Christ, ergo, before Christianity. We're discussing now. So how does a Muslim explain the 3,200 people they've killed in America since Jan 1, 2001? If you want to discuss things here, or anywhere else, you need to be cognizant of what your discussing. Your counterpoints here would be comparable to me trying to convince a NASA scientist how to send a rocket into space. I just don't know enough about it to do that. You know to little about what's going on in the Muslim religion, or in the news to discuss this. Because your son knows two good Muslim youngsters, you think that all the Muslims our Govt is bringing over are like them. I can assure you, they're not.
