I'll take Crosby by 10. I'm more nervous about this year than in the past few but I believe Crosby wins this one. I won't be surprised if BH pulls out the victory I just believe this one will be a track meet and I believe that favors Crosby. Not trying to disrespect BH. This is close to a toss up type game. I thought Crosby was 20+ point favorites in the past few years. I'm excited to be heading to Mont Belvieu with some butterflies. That makes High School football fun to watch. Here's to a clean, exciting, injury-free rivalry game.

    Go Crosby!!!

Very well stated red dawn a classy statement that I'm sure you won't be getting in trouble at work for LOL!!! I have a great deal of respect for Crosby everyone should but I'm going BH on this one by 7 only because both BH running backs are out one of which moved in from Baytown in the Spring and brings a lot to the table again I wish this match up happens latter in the season.  I would have like to see both teams fully healthy with some games under their belt before they played. I can assure you of one thing it will be an exciting game with roaring crowds on both sides!!

What happened at Northshore before he came to CE King they didn't win any recent state titles before he became a part of their coaching Staff and go back to Giddings where he started before Pine Tree. I have followed his entire chareer so why don't you do a little more research smart guy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was forced out, opted to "retire" to be let down easy. From what I'm hearing, he was a dead man walking once they hired their new superintendent last year. Several of his staff got out before this season before the hammer dropped. Hearing someone from Crosby may be tapped to fill the opening.

Price chose to retire he wasn't forced out.  No one from crosby was even considered Derek Fitzhenry got the position he will put them back on the map.

Easy boss their are kids on that jv that dominated you guys.  #21 sent a few kids to the sideline

He sent no one to the side lines were you actually at the game you dominated no one and 21 had two catches the entire game playing against a corner who's 5'2. I'm just stating facts. The only kid I saw go to the sidelines was your QB. I saw no one on your team that can help your varsity this must be a dad talking. Looking forward to this match up next year when you play the real team offensively you played the right defense and they shut you down boss.

The one thing I think that is hindering Dayton's offense more than anything is the play from the qb position. What each of the kids does it too predictable and easy to stop a lot of the time. #4 isn't a running threat and looked like he was on the verge of getting put out of the game against NC due to his small stature, and #8 isn't a passing threat limits Dayton's best position group which is their receivers. Dayton is going to have to manufacture points against BH with good special teams play and turnovers, even though Dayton has the better athletes I don't think their staff will be able to out-scheme BH's. BH fans at my job are nervous though, saying Dayton is "due". By far the most meaningful game in the district to date.

I have to disagree on the better athletes being from Dayton in this game the very young juniors and softmores just flat out played the Ponies and were by far the better athletes put that together with top notch coaching and BH has a program on the rise.

Time to bring up those JV boys

Why they only beat BH JV 7 to 0 and the BH JV defense destroyed dayton and truth be known all the JV BH offensive players are up on varsity Dayton was playing the last three years B team offense or Dayton would have taken a good old fasion beating. I don't think the Dayton JV can be of any assistance after what I saw last night. Keep eyes on the second string QB and the starting running back, several receivers, and two more guys on the O line tonight there softmores.
