Congrats to the 21-5a Boys for all making it to the second round. King, Dayton, Crosby, and K.park all the hard work has paid off. Lets continue to support each other all the way to the end. After they called us overrated called us weak said we wasn't physical we proved them wrong. We broke out the broom 4-0 SWEEP not bragging just confident. Rep your school 21-5a boys

King will be the underdog in every possible upcoming game (Ridge Point, Temple, George Ranch) so they are a true sleeper. I wouldn't bet against them. Ridge Point is in for a war.

21-5A got battled tested in week 1.
Every team played well and  came out on top.
Teams know where their weakness's are and the coaching staff will get it fixed and study the rival teams strengths and weakness as well I think 21-5A comes out looking good round 2.

I went to all the playoff games for PNG when you made your run at Stephenville back in the day.  Sure would be nice to see some NDN's, Broncos, Cougars, Bulldogs, and other teams in our area at our game.   Let's fill the stands against Ridge Point!

Ridge Point will be the best team King has faced by far, they are a very good team. King has to play their best game of the year to win this one.

I disagree about the Special Player. Best player doesnt always win. Best O Line and D Lines do.
Grey had a great line. Benson had some hogs up front at Lee. VY and Madison made a nice run, but eventually lost to a team with a better Line.
Who's Katys special players? Pearland? The Lines. Name the star for Cedar Park couple years ago? OLine.
I contend that given a dominant OLine Central and Ozen could be perennial state powers with the other talent they have. A lot of time spent grooming those DBs and WRs, but not enough on the big heavies.

I was at this game too.  When you have players arguing and pointing fingers at each other on the sidelines, they are not gonna play well together. I really hope the King coaches have gotten that under control.

Just a word to the wise, you are never as good or bad as you think you are.  That being said, I am very proud for our team as they played their tails off.  Our focus now shifts to Crosby.  Good luck to both teams and I know it will be a battle.

They are kids on both sides.....not just King's.  Lets save it for two weeks.  We will have plenty of time to talk nonsense then. GEEZ. 

4 years ago when you watched king play they weren't disciplined and got a lot really uncalled for penalties after the play. Then I watched them in 7-7 and Friday nights and slowly you could see the change. They are playing really good football and wish them the best except for 1 week this year. Playoff time though, they should be fun to watch.
