I bet the coaching staffs at King and Crosby are not looking past Halloween Night.  There is an old saying that states, "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."  Focus on one game at a time. 

We are taking one game at a time.  We have to face a very good Kingwood Park team next week.  Crosby has to face a Porter team that would like to provide a few tricks and a spoiled treat to Crosby.  IMO if both teams come out undefeated, then King v. Crosby should be the game of the week in the Houston area.  The Woodshed will be packed so everyone should get out early.

From our encounter with New Caney they are just not a W on the schedule any longer.  They will play you tooth and nail.  Remember Crosby they would love nothing more than to spoil your season.

I used to live in Crosby after I graduated from King.  My kids went to Crosby schools through elementary.  Back in the day the big rivalry was between King and Crosby.  This is like a sibling rivalry.  I have much love for Crosby but still want my team to win.

I dont think GP will score at all. And where is this game being played? Might come out and watch this game being Dayton has a bye this week.

At the Woodshed in Sheldon

They've changed. Not the same team from several weeks ago.

From a previous post I mentioned that the dramatic loss to King woke up Dayton.  During that game Dayton seemed to still be learning their identity.  I believe they have found it and will show well for 21-5A in the playoffs.  Also, Crosby being able to battle the way they did and win the game only makes our District representatives for the playoffs that more formidable.

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the game but did follow it on my mobile.  I knew this was the game of the week in the Greater Houston area.  Too bad it wasn't on video so we all could have seen it.  By the way, these are the type of games that will prepare 21-5A for the playoffs.  Kudos to both teams on a classic matchup!

I'm headed to King v. Humble tonight and Crosby v. Dayton tomorrow.  This will be great weekend for Friday Night Lights.  Go Panthers and Broncos!

Inspector Clouseau was as inept at catching the Pink Panther as Crosby will be at catching King!  SCOREBOARD!  

Honestly, I believe the Texans did him a disservice by not elevating him to Head Coach in my opinion.
