The only reason trump won in 2016 is that the Dems ran Hillary, who was the most disliked politician in the race. Trump was the most dislikable candidate in 2020. Up until yesterday trump wasn’t the most dislikable candidate in the 2024 race. Those are facts. All the Dems had to do is nominate someone more likable than trump and they win. That’s how it works, and it doesn’t matter if you cry into your into your pillow and wish your guy could have been the President again, those are the rules. If you’re too naive to recognize the obvious, I feel bad for you. Life hurts worse when you can’t see what’s coming at you.

The truth hurts your feelings. A politician that can’t get elected is useless in the position they wanted. The first job is to win the popularity contest called an election. If you choke on that first step, you can’t do ANYTHING ELSE. Biden got it done when Trump couldn’t. Imagine this…. Somebody is hosting a beauty contest, and the Rs support the ugliest woman on earth for this beauty contest. When she loses (of course), all they want to do is complain that the contest was rigged and how great she would have been as the pageant winner. Then they do it all over again. That’s dumb.

The guy or gal who’s best qualified to lead is WORTHLESS if he can’t get elected. It doesn’t matter how great a candidates ideas are, he/she can’t implement them if they fail to get elected. Getting elected is the first (and possibly most important) task that every pol has to accomplish, or they suck as a politician. So by definition, Trump sucks when compared to Biden.

The first thing a politician has to do is get elected, and Dementia Joe wore Trump out in 2020. Biden will always be remembered as the guy that hung it to MAGA out behind the woodshed.

Shredded might be a strong word… I expect a mirror image of 2020. Hate is a much more powerful motivator than love. And most Americans hate Trump. The people that voted for Harris before her and Biden saved our economy and lead us out of COVID are gonna vote for her again.

Scrap the Hunter Biden angle, the “y’all hid the fact that Biden was senile” angle, and even the “let’s find a way to pin the assassination attempt on the Ds” angle. That shooting was YEARS ago at this point. It’s old news. Hyperbole, exaggeration, tall tales, speculation, half truths, and whole lies make might ‘em cheer at your rallies, but it’s not gonna do a thing to convince people who aren’t already in the fold to vote trump.
