This is the problem with all this internet stuff you can't see the person and here their voice and so they are misunderstood often. As far as the kids being kids thing that is the problem. Kids will be kids and therefore they must be protected from themselves many times not helped as was pointed out by allowing parties so your kid will be popular. I did a lot of things my parents didn't approve of but I did it somewhere else because they would have stopped it at home.

The Bands are loud and the fans are loud and most folks are looking for their voice after the game. If you think that public displays of spirit are bad, stay home or go to some of the other games that are more reserved and dignified because this one is not it!

We always keep them on Leashes, we wouldn't want one of them getting loose and clearing out your stadium now would we.

I couldn't agree more, I have to many good friends to talk to much trash on the Indians. It doesn't stop us from putting posters on their office wall or in their front yard by no means. All in fun, and needs to be kept that way.

I am not aware of anyone, that thinks our running game is better than Livingston's most have agreed that it is getting better each week. What we do agree on is that our defense does not give up a lot of points.

So what does the booster club have to do with anything? And if you didn't have one talk to the coaches and fans they are the ones responsible.  As far as benefit to the team i'm not sure how much it is, they can't donate money like they once could so it just kind of makes them a cheerleading group. As far as budgets go everyone does theirs a little different so unless you know how each school does theirs its hard to the compare.

I think some of us have good thoughts but don't look at the facts. PNG has only averaged around 35 points a game and they haven't played Nederland. We have held most teams under 200 yards so I don't think it's going to be as high scoring as some may think. I believe it will be a close game with the scores in the 20 point range. But one thing is for sure, we will know by the end of the night Friday.

Solid player PNG should see a lot of him on Friday!

I think there is more to worry about than the wild dog. When the offense starts running like it should then we will see a lot of different combinations and it could be at MCM!

The truth is except for one game the stadium holds enough. There are very few teams that bring the crowds like Nederland and PNG.

I think the bottom line would be this, schools are losing staff and operating budget every year so to take on a large major event such as this would require more people to administer. If an outside group were to take on this project and make it a financial plus for the schools and groups then I don't know why anyone would have a real objection. The PTA and other groups give a lot of scholarships to students and they talk real ugly to administrators that try and take that away, after all it is for the students who want to further their education!

There is a bigger non football issue with moving the game. This year PNG will only have four home games. When a game is played at Lamar or any other stadium your groups that depend on concession money get none of it the stadium does. Many of these groups fund non football scholarships so you would take 25% of there game funds from them.

Not to cherokee he said the only way he would come is if he could stay neutral.  He coached at both schools.

Hate is a really strong word. And aren't we talking about a football game. I don't think Nederland or PNG blew up the World Trade Center.
