The player from HJ that is going to play a Lamar will fit right in there
I have refrained from commenting on your idiotic posts in the pasts, but you are a moron!  Does it make you feel good inside to say this?  How old are you?
All I am saying is that a kid from K-Vill, PNG, Newton, EC, that is use to winning might not be able to handel lossing at Lamar.
I have no idea why someone would knock on a kid that is going to improve his future. You are a real jerk.  I hope you are not from BC because you make us look bad.  Everyone needs to more respectful of each other on this board and life in general.   Just a few weeks back Reggie Garret died on the sidelines.  You never know what is going to happen to you are people around you. So stop being such a JERK.

And Lamar is just getting started , So go back to your Minimum wage job with your GED. And get a life.  You should change your name to True Jerk

not sure what chapter these refs were out of?? but dang.. horrible horrible... missed sooo many holding calls on bc in the backfield defending the pass. and the whole 10 sec left on the clock thing and it never started then they allowed bc to kick the field goal.. Then with 4 sec on the clock bc ran off the field for halftime...??? I really hope someone taped that..
Ok guys, lets talk about the 10 sec left on clock.

BC had 1 timeout left.   Menard drops back to pass,  which takes about 3-4 sec. ball in air approx. 1 sec.  Dishon runs for approx. 2-3 sec. gets tackled.  call timeout.    So BC has 1-2 sec on clock. Kick field goal.  Clock runs out and you go to locker room.   Yes the play looked worse then it was. but BC had a time out so quit complaining about that.  You might want to start talking to your offensive coordinator. That offense is great if your up by about 21. but being down 24-7. it is a joke. You will never win with that.  Vidor needs to throw that play calling in the trash can and start over.     That 10 sec. did not change the outcome of this game. BC totally outplayed vidor, end of story.   And whoever is already talking about WOS already, please quit. Lets worry about our next game,   They all count the same.   Good luck to vidor from this point forward. but really that offense is holding you guys back.

We ain't ready for bed yet!  Got a win to celebrate.   Maybe yall should try to schedule a pre-season game with us.  Or maybe you would back out like HJ did.  I wouldn't blame you
I hear stupid people!

How about you act like you have been there before.

Oh by the way nice FG unit you guys have!  Lets hope your next game doesn't come down to a FG or XP! Good luck
  4. Sunni, that one play did not cost B.C the game. Don't let people get under your skin.  there was plenty of mistakes made in the game. Ex.  missed FG -3pnts, bad snap over punter -2pnts, going for it on 4th and 8 when only down by 9. with 9 mins left in third. Possibly 3pnts if you attempt FG.  So there is plenty of blame to go around.  The pass Devin missed was outside and if he would have caught it.  It would have probably carried him out of bounds anyway.  To many people look at one play that makes the game.  They need to understand all the plays in the game count towards the outcome.  And in this game there was alot of bad plays.  It looked to me like a lot of disfunction. We had to call a timeout during a punt. Because the punter was not on the field. After the timeout the ball was snapped over his head for a saftey.  So it wouldn't have matter if he was back there are not.  Timeout well used. The punter has one responsiblity and that is on 4th down.  Fundamentals will beat you before someone not making a play.

  5. If you ask me neither team was very impressive. The only diff. was LCM's running game.  Both of there scores were on pretty long runs. other then that they did not do much.  If B.C is going to have success with the spread.  They are going to have to run a few more pass plays across the middle. If I am correct. the tried two passes across the middle and two deep balls.  The rest were either in the flat to the left or right for a bunch of 2 and 3 yrd gains. That is not going to get you anywhere.  LCM adjusted to that after about the first Q. and shut BC's passing game down.

LCM's passing was not very impressive either.  They seemed to run a WR screen alot and BC did not change there def.  BC played 8-9 yrds. off the line of scrimmage all night.  so number 7 for LCM was constantly open for about 5 to 6 yrds all night.  BC never adjusted and pressed the recievers.  Who knows why because the few times LCM tried to go deep. BC sack the QB.

Both QB's Looked like they have the potential to be good but the play calling will have to allow the too.  A bunch of two yrd passes and a cloud of dust is not going to get you anywhere.  Both QB's are tall and have good arms.  So let them use the ability coaches.

  8. Why is BC so bad at football?   Do the athletes not play or is there a shortage of good athletes?

Since 2000, B.C. has been very good.  But due to lack of talent and totally new offense. They had a horrible year last year.  Also, with the success of the baseball team alot of players go all year baseball instead of multiple sports.  Hopefully it will get back to the previous years

  10. I had a coach friend of mine tell me that a couple of years after a particular class of kids he had coached had graduated he ran into one of them at a store. The former player precedes to tell him that something like 5-7 of the starters on that squad were either on steroids the whole year, or were taking other drugs like speed, etc. before the games.

It floored him. Drugs are not just a big city problem anymore. You can not throw a rock without having hit a kid who has tried some illegal substance. It is just a relflection on our entire society as a whole. Do what it takes to get the job done, worry about the costs and consequences later.

You have hit the nail on the head.

  11. I may be naive on this subject cause its been quite a few years since I was in school but it doesn't seem like there would be many kids at all in a 3a school on steriods. I would say that if you had more than 1 it would be out of the norm.

I would have to say the exact opposite.  It would be more like if you didn't have more then one. That would be out of the norm.
