6A Region 3: The Dickinson vs Morton Ranch should be a good game. Bellaire is a surprise coming out of HISD. 5A Region 3 I believe Hightower will play Shadow Creek in the Finals. 4A Region 3 No big surprise, Yates this year.

Yates MUST cut down on their turnovers, they committed approximately 25 against LaMargue if they expect to advance to the Regional Finals. Yates MUST continue to force turnovers, apply pressure with the press and hit their outside shots. Yates is going into this game Friday against China Spring with 2 Goals: 1. Win the game 2. Continue their 100 point consecutive scoring record. I believe the 100 point streak will continue this weekend in Huntsville. I have to wait to see who we will face in San Antonio before I predict if the streak will continue. The teams Yates will face in San Antonio will be the toughest games we will have played sense the Thanksgiving Hoopfest Massacre (Lost by 37 & 52). Yates will be participating in their 9th Consecutive Regional Tournament Appearance.
