I am fully aware that the scores and schedule are posted on this site, My suggestion was for someone to assist MaxPrep with keeping their site accurate. There are individuals that are not aware of this site but use MaxPrep as their source of information for Silsbee Boys Basketball. Let’s try to think about those individuals outside of SETX Sir

FYI, a little baby lion has informed me that the game has been moved from 6pm to 1:30PM tomorrow at Yates HS. NO FANS WILL BE ENFORCED. HISD PD could issue Criminal Trespass Warning for individuals caught on campus, the school is officially closed for Winter Break.

I suggest someone from Silsbee (Fan) assist MaxPreps with the teams roster, scores and schedule. I am the approved scorer for Yates and I also input the correct schedule.

This Yates team is very young, it’s the big man and 4 misfits. It’s going to take the young players awhile to learn the system. Tuesday is the 22nd not Wednesday. The game is scheduled for Tuesday 12-22-20

This post is mostly for the LC-M fans that may not be aware of HISD Rule for fan attendance. HISD rule is still in effect, No fans are allowed for boys and girls basketball games played at any HISD schools due to the pandemic. Basketball games played at the basketball stadiums are allowed to have fans, therefore NO FANS will be allowed to attend this particular game scheduled for Tuesday at Yates HS. For example the Beaumont United vs Bellaire Game was moved from Bellaire HS to Butler Stadium to allow fans. All high school varsity district basketball games (Boys and Girls) for HISD are played at the stadiums. Just FYI

Good news for Silsbee is they won't see another team with even half the talent BU has for the rest of the season, if the season includes the playoffs, Region 3 will have to deal with Faith Family. Faith Family has played a monster of a non-district schedule this year, losing some very close games against 6A teams. My personal opinion is Faith Family is the team to beat in 4A, only COVID-19 (if the season is cut short for COVID-19) can stop this team. I bleed Crimson & Gold but this is not Yates year. I can easily see United winning state this year and next year. Hightower will have a say in 5A, Region 3

I can’t find BU in the top National Rankings 1-49, Please Provide The Ranking Service So I Can Give It To A Friend Who’s Son Plays For BU. I believe the only Texas Team ranked in the Top 30 is Duncanville.
