Big XII Info:
The Big 12 is having a down recruiting year, but a familiar name sits at the top of the conference recruiting rankings. Kansas is the only Big 12 team to make the national top-30 list. The Jayhawks are bringing in Mario Little, one of the top junior college prospects in the country. The KU class also features a trio of four-star prospects. … Texas A&M, which just missed out on the national top 30, has the second best recruiting class in the Big 12. Four-star prospects Dashan Harris and David Loubeau are set to play for the Aggies. … Missouri and Colorado don't have any highly ranked prospects, but their classes are loaded with solid three-star prospects. … Anthony Jones gives Baylor the only four-star prospect in the Big 12 not headed to Kansas or Texas A&M.Ranking the classes

In Lumberton they have averaged 28 new residents a month for the last four years but this year it dropped off a bit to 25 per month, still the #'s aren't that much different in the highschool it's the elementary where they are overflowing. They have approximately 24,000 people within the school district which is about six times larger than the city limits. I think they are around 1050 in highschool but I haven't checked in a while. But I know the growth is correct.
Not to nit pick, but the population within the city limits in 2000 was about 9,000 and now is estimated to be around 11,500-12,000 in the city limits and another 12,000 just outside the city limits.....for the 24,000 within the school district figure.
