Agreed, Evadale is not as strong this year for some reason.
Offensive line is not as impressive, both backs can still scoot though. If their D can't get off the field against HD and HD controls clock, game may be even closer...
-
Hemphill backfield is the real deal. HD will lose to Evadale by something like 2 scores
-
thats too easy over/under past 8:30PM

Let me add, Frauenberger(?) was lights out today. 12K, 2BB, 3H. Was able to throw curveball for a strike and really gave WH hitters trouble. Nick Creel had his number though with a couple line drive hits off him
-
HD won 6-5*** run down at end of game allowed a run to score before last out was recorded
-
West Hardin took advantage of walks down the stretch and had some timely hits with RISP late in game to build a lead. Spurger pitchers struggled to throw strikes and had about 10-15 free passes, either BB or HBP

Excuses? Just providing the commentary no one else seemed to be mentioning... All I saw were excuses about the HF secondary when Kelly probably only attempted 10 pass plays max last night.... Was just trying to bring to attention that the real problem is the front 7. Enjoy the rest of the year
-
But good luck the rest of the way regardless 62

And Kelly's d played their collective butts off, 28 points off of turnovers/short fields(2less than 25yards)and 2 kick returns... That's 12left from legitimate offense in case you can't do math either. I tried to be civilized for a minute but read your post again. ;)

Kelly moved the ball at will on the groundand only attempted maybe 10pass plays total on the night so I'm wondering why there is all this chatter about king at corner. If Kelly didn't kick at the start of both halves, had any kickoff or punt coverage and the two bonehead turnovers in the 3rd quarter, HF loses this game.
Just in case you missed it. It was a great game fought hard by both teams. GL to both in district -
Haha if we're being petty and talking about people not being able to read, look into the mirror buddy, because you've either neglected to acknowledge real life and the things I've already brought up, or simply cannot read them... You used to be able to talk about football on this forum, SO glad it's been reduced to this nonsense

You actually think BYE is gonna beat HF next week.
And the refs are always "questioned" by the losing team's side. Nothing new there.
Haha I'd definitely take the over on the betting front with HFs defense next week... Sorry for not knowing everyone's schedule... I'll do better next time... ;)
Haha and IF you don't ever correct IF, you become IT. -
Haha way to grab THAT. HF is in trouble if that was all they had last night for a defensive front 7
-
If 23 doesn't get injured for Kelly, the outcome might have been different as well...

Refs were questionable in favor of HF as well... Oline was tackling and holding all night, not one flag on HF. HF is in for a rude awakening next week
