PN sounds like they have enough speed to keep up with Summer Creek?  I did see SC at their spring football game and they are fast!!  This should be a good game for both teams.

KP has 7 on off and 7 back on def.  we will be better then last year and quicker.  I am worried about our off. line,  Time will tell.

I do not know the first name of the Howard kid from SC but how big is he?

Nederland and PN has great fans and always has a big following where even they play.  BH, Dayton and Crosby are great schools that also has big crowds.  KP and SC are the new schools that are stating to get some crowds but not like the older schools that have a great history.  KP has been around for only 6 years.  SC three years.

I heard SC has a guard Howard that is 6'4" 340 next to Peterson on the off line?  I heard that they have a center Thompson that is 260-270 that is solid?  I heard that the other side of line might have a soph that is really big?  Is this true??

SC has only two senior class so far and has been 20-3 in football with two district champs since then.  Won the State track meet in 2013!!  If the rest of you teams think they are not for real think again.  Their new running back D. Chapman (6"1" 215-220 4.4 speed) will be tough to stop,  I have heard that he will be a D1 college recruit .  We will see soon enough.    One thing I have not heard is how good their off. or def. line is??  Does anyone know??

I saw SC back up QB after Sharp, he looks like Vince Young big 6'4".

KP was not that good last year I agree with BHFAN.. BH did beat us but this is a new year.  We will be quicker then last year and ready for run.

Let the team vote.  The kids will know if he tried to get a free ride.

Dayton has a great history in football and will be great this year.  One thing I would like to say that Dayton, Crosby, BH and SC has great fans and who ever make playoffs will great for 19-4A district.  We should all be proud of our kids.

I think the last playoff spot will be between KP and BH.  We do have 7 back on offense but lost 4 line men but have some big players on JV last year.  Time will tell have quick they can come up to speed.  We have the best tight end in Texas Feuerbacher 6"4" 250.  We also have 7 back on defense but we are slower then most teams.  I think it will be a great game to watch.

I did see Chapman at SC spring game and was surprise how quick he is for being 215-220 pounds RB.  I thought SC would be hurt by Hogan and Ruffin at WR to college .  Then I notice A. J. Jeffery, Johnson, Wheeler, and the big WR Ballard 6'3" Washington 6'4" you will be better at WR's then last year.

SC has all lineman back, Right side of line 305,340,270 plus good tight ends as blocker.  teams will have to play the pass against Sharp.  Barden and Chatman in back field.  KP or any team will have to play pass first.

1. SC - Bigger and quick then last year - running game will be as good as passing game
2.Crosby - Great offense, average defense, twins will be hard to stop
3. Dayton - great history, great fans
4. Kingwood Park - We have key players back but lost most of line on both sides of ball
5. BH - Most players back but no pass offense and slow defense

I have heard that SC has a kid name Tim Lanier that is 6' 4" 340 playing DT.  Is he any good?

SC is a new school but won the State Track meet 4A in 2013.  I am worried that some players might go both ways at some points.  I am worried that Allen, Wheeler, Chatman, Wilson at LB at one time.  Not good for KP.

All I know is SC beat us the last two years at KP.  SC only has had a senior class the last two years and won the district both years.  They also just won the Texas State Track 4A -2013.  I do not about the rest of the teams but I think they will be big and fast.

Running back and LB,  do both when possible or needed

I think SC could be a dark horse.  Their offense will score +35 points per game.  But their defense is in question.  I know they have 4 lineman back on defense but LB they have two back.  The DB's they one have one.  Does anyone know who they have on defense new??

I went to SC spring football game and notice they are a lot bigger this year then last.  Their back up QB looked bigger then sharp.
